I had an amazing stay at The Grandeur Hotel. The room was spotless, modern, and extremely comfortable. The service was outstanding — the staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to assist with anything I needed.

The location is perfect as well, making it easy to reach the main attractions and enjoy the city. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I genuinely felt welcomed and taken care of throughout my stay.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and excellent service. I will definitely return on my next trip

One of the worst if not the worst breakfast halls ever. what do you mean you charge 1 Lari for cartoon-take away-cups during the breakfast?? I thought this was 5 star hotel and perhaps manager- Looked like it- asked us to pay 1 lari for cups. Service was good tho, no complains towards the restaurant staff but this is absolutely ridiculous

We stayed at Grandeur Hotel Batumi for the last two nights, and it was an excellent experience. The hotel staff were extremely helpful — they immediately arranged an extra bed for us since we were traveling with a toddler. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable.

Breakfast is served on the 15th floor, offering an amazing scenic view of the city and the sea. The breakfast spread was vast and delicious, with several options that also suited Indian tastes, which we really appreciated.

Overall, I was very happy with the location, cleanliness and service at the hotel. I would absolutely give it 5 stars and highly recommend it to everyone visiting Batumi.

We spent our honeymoon at the Grandeur Hotel in Batumi and had an amazing experience. We stayed in the Presidential Room with a brilliant sea and boulevard view truly romantic and unforgettable.
The massage and spa were perfect, giving us complete relaxation during our stay. Breakfast was a real delight every morning, with fresh and tasty options. The hotel also has a good fitness center, a large parking area, and the location is very convenient surrounded by supermarkets and restaurants.
Everything from the comfort of the room to the warm service made our honeymoon extra special. We highly recommend the Grandeur Hotel to anyone visiting Batumi for luxury, relaxation, and beautiful memories.
