The hotel is actually one floor in a 23 storey building. Construction quality is low, walls are thin. The location is on a main street, where there is a permanent traffic jam till 2 in the morning. One of the elevators got broken and was not repared for the whole week when i was there. Only good thing about the location - view to the sea. Generally i would recommend to avoid this area and look for a place in old town

The lady who introduced my room was terrible and never explained where the reception desk qhich was located at 9 th floor. Her working hour should 0900-2300 at reception.
She want to go home earlier than my arrival time 2230pm.
Wifi password in airbnb was not right.
Later she gave me password.

Generally her manner was below average level i experienced from airbnb rental places.

We had little difficulty to find location as the picture we saw while booking was Restaurant photo opposite to location..But Rooms were spacious, staff were friendly and amenities were good sea view was good overall Good value for money.We would like to stay more when we visit Batumi again in future.

All i can say is, if you book there, double check a couple times before you go that you're actually registered as a guest. I booked and paid for a three month reservation last April, got there June 1 and they had overbooked. Had to find alternate accommodation.

The hotel is located in 9th floor in a residential building. The location is very good in front of the sea and near many attractions in Batumi. The rooms are spacious but the hygiene is awful, dirty bed sheets and covers, AC and TV don’t work and the toilet smells all day. Also, the service is terrible and no one answers when you call them. In addition, don’t ever try their breakfast. Not worth it.

The address of the hotel is correct, but there is no sign indicating that you need to go to the ninth floor first, because there is another hotel underground, and I only knew it was on the ninth floor by looking at other travelers' reviews of this hotel in the app. Overall, I think it's good value for money, with a terrace and sea view.
