Great location and a nice breakfast. However, the rooms could really use some refurbishing - everything felt old and worn. Plus, unfortunately, the bathroom had a very unpleasant smell constantly.

The hotel is very beautiful Its location is in the center of Kutaisi. The terrace has a view of the river. The best thing about the kitchen service is سير Also has a washing machine. This is rare in four-star hotels

Family room Good things : Breakfast is delicious. Location is great in the city center everything is near. near Super market Lake view and balcony is the best thing. Bad things: The furniture is very old

Very nice location, in the heart of the city. But the building is very old, rooms have old furniture. Supportive staff, they provided extra bed without extra charge

I guess the rooms have central heating because it is warm in the room even with the heater off and the floor in the bathroom are not cold even when you are barefoot

Great hotel for the price, new, in a good area, plenty of city parking, good breakfasts (omelets, sausages, eggs, vegetables, sandwiches, yogurt, cereal, tea, juices, instant coffee, buckwheat)

Contrary to the other reviews here I had a very good expensive, large rooms and a very friendly owner. The location is excellent for exploring Kutaissi and was easy enough to find.

On the way to the hotel, you will find that the historical soviet houses You can take pictures along the way as the cars do not bother you

The hotel is an old historic mansion. It's refurbished, but you can share a lot of texture. The owner is a very interested person

The room had a very cool vibe and the bed very comfortable. Although there are many dining options we ended up eating right at the hotel restaurant, Doli, it was delicious, only a few tables with an intimate setting

Warm and welcoming at checkin. We got invited to free chacha tasting. The room was amazing. Loved the detail , such as rocking chair, power full body shower, balcony and beautiful floor inlays.

A quaint hotel with character. The room was a generous size and well-appointed. The front desk service was very friendly. We also enjoyed dining in the lovely adjacent restaurant, Doli.

We had a lovely stay at Communal Hotel. The manager Christine was wonderful. This is a very small hotel, which is why we chose it. Located around the corner from the pedestrian white bridge

The room is too small. The flip side is the food and location. Both superb. Huge compliment goes the chef’s way. If I’m not mistaken, Maka. Hats off Maka. Thanks also to Vakho, Luka, Natia, Anuka and Nata.

The staff are friendly, helpful and accommodating. The room had all the modern conveniences and breakfast was amazing. The location is just a short stroll to the center of town. I would certainly stay here again

We stayed in this hotel for only one night on 2025-05-18, the hotel has very nice furniture, very :) just perfect interior :) but you have to wait for hot water :) had to soak under cold water :) which is perhaps not bad :) there is a lot of food, but in Georgia I had to taste even tastier :) Very hospitable host :)

From outside the hotel is looking very good. We lived in 5 floor with wiev to street. Only good in this place was the views to the city. In room the bed clothes were dirty. There are not shower curtains

Service was fine, antique interiors, nice view. Old broken elevator (3 person max), there were better rooms, but in ours was very cheep broken shower next to a toilet…

We drove all over Georgia, visited many hotels, but this one is the best. Everything is clean, the mattresses are new and comfortable, the furniture is new, the rooms are comfortable, the breakfasts are good

Suddenly i read Solomon Hotel I approached the guy who was standing next to main door i asked about desi cuisines and refused and said try next street i start walking suddenly he called me again and said Brother we can offer you breakfast if you don’t mind because it is continental so i said ok

Something is better than nothing! There was very humble,polite and welcoming lady was sitting inside the hotel lobby greet with smile 😊 And showed my buffet So after having my breakfast i asked for bill she denied and said you are our guest no worries i forced twice but she denied again

My First day in Kutaisi i woke up and looking for desi breakfast in town,after walking 10/15 minutes couldn’t find any desi restaurant but i was very hungry

We stayed here for 2 nights to explore Kutaisi and Martvili. The rooms are nice, some a bit noisy during the electricity central next door. But some You don't here it at all. The host Kakha is very friendly and funny

This Hotel sanapiro is Located In the centre of the city,Its Quiet Beautiful,the rooms Were Not too big But enough with beautiful interior and The view From The balcony Was My Favourite ,the view of the river Was very Beautiful FROM THE BALCONY,SOME PEOPLE WERE ALSO fishing right from their balconies

In odd rooms sound sensitive guests may experience buzzing sound from electricity. Warm shower and nice breakfast. Very central location, many good restaurants and bars nearby, free parking

And don’t be surprised if Kakha invites you to enjoy a glass of Chacha – a traditional Georgian spirit – with him. It's all part of the warm, authentic experience. All in all, this was the best hotel stay I've ever had

He was always there to help us. To tell stories about Georgia and football at breakfast. By our the rental car was out of battery. Kakha immediately helped us with startcables to get us on the road again

We really loved Kakha, he made our day, every day with his bright smile and fabulous service. I would recommend the even numbered rooms, especially the one with river view and private balcony

Can’t recommend Hotel California enough. The rooms are lavish and spotless; the location is great—very close to the center of town, restaurants, etc

Very beautifull entrance, spacious rooms and walking distance to the center. Also the rooms and shared bathroom are very clean.

Hostess Leyla is helpful and arranges everything you need, provides a lot of info about kutaisi and surrounding area. I stayed there for two nights before my flight and she got me a good and cheap transfer to the airport

The owner is a friendly, hospitable woman, she provided us with a taxi (for extra charge of course), an enormous breakfast. The beds are comfortable, everything is clean and neat. Thank you for your work.

You can not say a bad word, everything as described on the booking. Clean, there is a kitchen with tea and coffee and a fridge available. Rooms really like in the pictures, very close to the center and marshrutkas

When we had an illness in the middle of the night, they took us to a pharmacy and stayed awake until our problem had resolved. I cannot praise the owners highly enough. We would never stay anywhere else in Kutaisi

Madame Maia is the super star! You will be taken care of like you are her child. I highly recommend Chveni Qalaqi. The room is like a 4 star hotel and its clean. Well done and thank you for a great service.

The farmer's market is around the corner and there are many shops and restaurants nearby. Our rooms were very clean and comfortable. It was the staff that really made this place special

It is family run, so they really know how to treat and serve the guests. Free wifi, spacy area, terrace with fantastic views, coffee and tea service. And most importantly, they do not hurry guests for the early checkout
