Hotels in center in Kutaisi

Note, that some busy roads go through the city center, so if you stay in the city center, you may end up with closed windows overnight. Not something I would like to do, especially, when it is not extremely hot outside

Very friendly and helpful host. Close to the city center; it is a 10-15 minutes walk, depending where you want to get to and how fast you walk

The interiors are simple and unpretentious. This is a basic, budget-friendly place - don’t expect luxury, but it offers good value. And again, the owner makes a difference

It's was good stay in Dingo. Nice room, comfortable bed, two funny cats, good food. Location is good, near to train station and walk to the city centre around 15 min. Near products shops, gum.

The owner is a cool guy who boosts the vibe. He plays cards, drinks a beer (or two) with guests, takes them on a trip to abundant Soviet buildings, to a sulfur bath, or just to a bar in the city

The place is clean and organized but not to the extent of being sterile. There is a local restaurant nearby where they speak no English but the food is excellent and cheap (Babushka quality)

Locals tend to offer you a sip of Chacha if you go in the right time and sit next to them. Bunk beds have curtains for privacy which I love

We stayed at Dingo Hostel for 2 nights and loved it. Relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff and delicious food. There are also various tours and activities the staff organise for you if interested

The guesthouse is located in a quiet side street of Kutaisi, but close to the center, within walking distance. Complete equipment, clean and tidy

It is located in a housing area. It is a big bungalow, with ample parking space. The main reason I chose this place is because the toilet has bidet. And it is even better as the place is very clean

The hostel is located in a local neighborhood, quiet, the rooms are very new, very clean, the owner and his wife can communicate with Google translate although they do not speak English, very close to the city center, if driving, recommended

The toilet is updated and comfy, even the shower curtain is clean, not even a single black dot can be seen. I didn't take any photo of the bathroom though. They provide water dispenser as well

We get to the city using Bolt, and it was cheap. No issue in getting transportation. Overall I recommend this place if you are in Kutaisi

AC in all rooms and common area with a very small kitchen and 2 washing machines. The walls are very thin, so you can hear the other people staying there, but even with all the rooms full, we had no problem with that

The owner speaks english and was very nice and polite. He showed us a selection of recommended tourist attractions, even offered to drive us to them for a reasonable fee. I would definitely stay there again

Me and my friends stayed here for 2 nights. Rooms were acually pretty clean, we were provided 2 towels and a pair of slippers each. There is a soap dispenser in the bathrooms as well as a towel drying rack

Purely. Quiet. Everything is super. The tour is individual, just a class. I liked everything very much

The water pressure is a bit slow and the hot water comes on and off, but still comfortable. It's about 2 km walk from the fountain I think. Small shops for food are in 5-10 min walking distance

We had a perfect stay and felt very welcome. Rooms are super clean, the view is wonderful, food is delicious and the host is marvellous and helpful. The guesthouse is just a few minutes away from city center (by foot)

Technically, this place doesn't exist. You will stay in Argo Palace hotel. This will create some confusion for sure. Hotel itself is ok, nothing to complain about

The only thing is that it may be quite difficult to see somebody. Breakfast is probably more than you can eat. Speaking Russian definitely helps

The house is close to the center (we easily walked to the city, although it was possible to use a taxi or BOLT). The rooms are tidy and have all the amenities for a comfortable stay. The food is fresh and homemade

Amazing place for staying for some days, with great views and great food. Winery is fantastic place on the ground floor and wine is so delicious 🤤. Near to the city centre and monastery

The owners and staff are very friendly and help you feel right at home! The food is absolutely delicious, and the rooms are spacious clean and well furnished! There is a wine cellar, homemade wine, and the tour is so fascinating

The place is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood with great views of the city from many rooms and the rooftop terrace where we had al fresco dinner and breakfast. The hotel, restaurant and winery is family run

It’s homely and efficiently run. The owners have invested considerable effort in making it warm and unique. The room was exceptional with a small balcony offering great views. The food was local fare and well prepared

I had to stay just for 1 night, waiting for my train next day, and I didn't want to spend a lot of money for just sleep-&-go. I had a room with personal bathroom. Everything is modest, but clean

Good cheap clean small hostel with the kitchen and balcony. Wi-Fi works, shops are close enough. Nice one hostel, owner Zaza is friendly.

Amazing family guest house with good location. The owners are nice and kind people. Guest house is close to the city center, only 10 min walking. Last but not least, the main star is Bubu, such a good boy

- everything will be explained and told, very nice! For breakfast, the hostess treated her with homemade delicious treats, you must try this, she cooks wonderfully! I want to come back to Kutaisi again and again, the people there are amazing! Madloba!!!

Really amazing guest house, Price is incredibly good owners are very friendly. We came here for one night but stayed more than one. They have a beautiful dog BUBU and really nice garden. We stayed there watched the stars

Free coffee, tea and snacks were available for us as well as Owner bought us ice cream before we left. Really amazing Family Can’t wait to come back into the city and stay here again

Fantastic view of Bagrati Cathedral from the verandah. It was amazing to wake up to the church bells in the morning. The guesthouse looked so rustic and beautiful with the creepers on the walls

Perfect guest house in Kutaisi! Next to royal Bagrati cathedral, with city panorama. Very friendly hosts, speaking great English! You can go down to Kutaisi old town in few minutes.

They have a nice library to browse and you could take them to your room to read at night. The host Tamara is a nice and kind lady

The floors were a bit creaky while we moved around and we preferred a bit more cleaner bathrooms

Best place to stay in Kutaisi! The place is really close to the center and all the sights. It's 2 minutes walking to Rioni river. Hosts are very nice people and helpful. Breakfast is nice and solid.

Don’t forget to ask Keti for her salads and the chance to drive with wonderful Zaza through Keti. One week flew past and my son and I look forward to the chance to meet and stay with this wonderful family once more

There will always be modern hotels that offer the swanky; I’d recommend Pospolita for anyone going with family and seeking an authentic Georgian experience that feels like home away from home

Wifi is ok; Room is nice; location is perfect; very nice and freindly is the lady who takes care of the breakfast; i like very much that she offered us homemade food and drinks

I’m late in reviewing this amazing place in Kutaisi. Pospolita is a gem that is rich with history and its residents who host guests from afar

We travel frequently, constantly changing locations, but I've never seen anything like this anywhere in the world

I also had a chance to visit hot springs in Vani under the stars with them, absolutely recommend it! To add, I can say that hostel worth its name, as I also made new connections and met friends from different countries! Thank you and will be happy to visit you again 💖🙏🏻

The location is another big plus. It’s very close to the city center of Kutaisi, so getting around is simple and fast, yet the hostel still feels tucked away enough to be cozy and comfortable

There were guests from many different countries, so I got to practice my English a lot, and surprisingly there were also many Spanish-speaking travelers, which inspired me to start learning Spanish

I've spent 2 wonderful days at Friends hostel at Kutaisi and I enjoyed my stay there! They have everything which is necessary for the comfortable stay: coworking zone, free tea&coffee, nice terrace, and boardgames to spend cozy evenings! Hosts Alex and Helen are very welcoming and friendly

The dinner was fantastic — tasty shashlik with sides for just 20 GEL, totally worth it. Beds are super comfortable, everything is clean, and the kitchen is really functional and well-equipped

Overall a nice place to stay in the centre of Kutaisi. Rooms are clean (there was no shower curtain or door though so the whole bathroom floor ended up wet). Food is simply good, not very impressive though

Even though we had other recommendations for dining in Kutaisi, we decided to enter this "not so fancy and popular" restaurant as those we were recommended by tourist office

We didn't need menus, placed our order and I went to the bar with him. Dinner came, outstanding food, George and I drank a shot of Vodka and it was all completely perfect

I arrived here in Winter. The hostel was not busy with people but the host was a friendly old man. I arrived in Kutaisi 4am in the morning and they there to receive me at the Hostel.

We had a great experience at Bao hostel - the host was very sweet, welcoming and helpful. It has a nice atmosphere and is also located very centrally.

If I had to describe it, it would be the scene in Shawshank Redemption where Andy Dufrain puts the music on over the loud speakers in the prison. That’s the closest I can describe it to the surreal feeling I experienced

Comfortable beds with curtains, lockers with locks, all maps & necessary information, books & a beautiful Community space to chill out. I checked in early morning very comfortably as they shared all necessary details

Loved our stay here, the place has everything you need, a lot of information you'll need for getting around Georgia and the private room we had was big with comfortable beds. Loved it here.. highly recommend!

Beautiful views and yet very close to the city centre

Very climatic. Helpful host. Beautiful panorama of Kutaisi from a lovely green patio. Neat and tidy.

Look for the the house with a red gate/fence after turning right at the old kiosk. Inside however it's a classic hostel with a spacious well kept and decorated dorm, where you're likely to meet other backpackers

The owner is helpful and speaks limited English and will happily ferry you to a destination in the city for a small fee, (5GEL to the main marshutkya station)

There's a small kitchenette with a fridge-freezer, cutlery and a kettle although no cooker. The washing machine is available to use free of charge as well

A little out of the way especially if you're coming from the bus station. It feels a little like your wandering into a residential neighborhood

My family and I stayed overnight. Everything was great. The hosts were kind. The accommodations were cozy, quiet, and peaceful. The Bagrati Cathedral is nearby. We have fond memories.

Everything was fine, except there was no electricity in the bathroom (we were informed of this in advance). For the price, we'd gladly stay there again.
