I made reservation in booking.com for a room
with balcony but when I checked in , they gave me room with no balcony. When I said they it is not the room type I booked, they said the room has problem.BUT I discovered later that they just gave the room to another group .

We did a Masterclass , cooking class. Ani (she is a Superwomen) did all the hospitality for us. She run all things over where . Always smile, help and explain to us during the class (3hours).
Also she help guests of the hotel with a smile. I will come back !

The very first meeting was very positive and pleasant, especially thanks to the staff — the girls were incredibly sweet and extremely polite. The room was also clean, tidy, and coffee and tea were available. The location was quite good as well, with shops and the city center nearby. Thank you very much!

Beautiful hotel with all amenities and amazing & welcoming hosts. Very well heated and super clean. Great view to Kazbegi from the terrace and the room. Thanks a lot!

An amazing place to stay in. The host is very friendly, always there when you need him and happy to help you with any questions you might have.
The rooms are warm, clean and have all facilities that you may need. Breakfasts are tasty and filling.
The terrace is spacious and opens a stunning view on Kazbek mountain.
If you’re coming to Stepantsminda, look no further, absolute top tier place, would definitely recommend it.

This hotel is more like a chalet than an hotel. Family oriented with basically communal eating. A huge downstairs area is available for guests to lounge in, play games and just enjoy themselves. There seems to be just 2 corner-room suites that get the best of the magnificent mountain views. Room 153 is one of them

What an amazing place 👍The view to Kazbegi and Trinity Church is fantastic. Small hotel with everything you need. Nice and clean rooms. Family who runs this hotel are so lovely, helpful and friendly people. I can highly recommend Hotel Kazbegi 1963 👍

Very nice and helpfull hostess and service. Great food, nice rooms with bathrooms, big terraces with view on Kazbek.
