The location of the hotel is great. Its right in the middle of the city, with restaurant and grocery across the hotel. If you want to eat Indian food there is a Punjabi Dhaba right outside the hotel. The rooms were cosy, clean and the views of Mount Kazbek were breathtaking, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and homely. Beautiful views from restaurant where they serve breakfast. Good breakfast with good variety. Avoid the rooms facing the road as it can get noisy in the night.

The hotel itself was fine, but the restaurant was a complete disappointment. We ordered carbonara, Adjarian khachapuri, and a brownie all three were terrible. No taste, no quality. We left very disappointed

A nice hotel in a fantastic location - convenient for the town and sights and it has stunning views. The rooms at the back have these stunning views but noise from the restaurant terrace can be an issue. The terrace really needs an awning so you can sit outside and enjoy the view without too much sun. The buffet breakfast is good. The rooms are fine and clean. The hotel advertises as doing laundry - but when we asked we were told they don’t. We asked another member of staff and they said they will wash but can’t dry it for you. The staff are friendly but not as efficient as they could be.

Whilst the location of this hotel is very central with fabulous views of the snow capped mountains, the rooms themselves were tired (especially the en-suite), not very clean and there was no air conditioning. It was fabulous to wake up to such a wonderful mountain view, but the hotel was let down by the terse, unfriendly staff. The breakfast buffet was OK but most things were bought in and out of packets, even the bakery items. The restaurant meals were OK but nothing special. Breakfast was supposed to open at 8.00 am but was generally late, which isn't brilliant when you are on a schedule. Not a very welcoming environment, but OK for a night or two.

Excellent service is the first thing that comes to mind about the hotel. The coffee and sunny side up eggs made by Salome are out of this world, including her sweet nature and always a smile. Tamari and Takila (not her real name) are equally warm and courteous. The rooms all have a mountain view, and you can see snow peaks all around with excursions to Gudauri, Trinity Church, Russian border.

Our small tour group came here for lunch after visiting the church on the hill. Although we hadn’t pre-ordered, the staff were very efficient in delivering ten different meals. The food was fresh, tasty and nicely presented. Can’t comment on the hotel but I would eat here again.

Lovely little hotel, easily accessible right in center of town. Friendly staff, nice rooms, excellent views from rooms and terrace. Only issue was small shower. Breakfast was also nice. Rooms clean. Restaurant had good food and was served promptly.

Its a fantastic location. We had one room at the back of the hotel, from the balcony you have a view of the river and up to the mountains and the Gergeti Trinity Church. And another room on the front of the hotel where you can sit on the balcony and watch whats going on at the small square and the road. Other restauants and shops just a stones throw away. Comfortable Rooms and bed. Very Friendly staff offering good service , relaxed atmosphere and good food in the restaurant and cafe / bar/ terrace area.

i was here in January and the service was excellent. the place is pet friendly and the food is so delicious. i tried pepperoni, shkmeruli (georgian traditional dish), chicken with veggies. Highly recommend this place if you want to relax from a noisy city and a busy schedule. Located in the center of kazbegi and the view is just a cherey on top. the waitresses here are very friendly and attantive

Very nice hotel. The location is very good. Reception staff is very good. Spent two nights in the room facing the river . It was wonderful experience. Indian restaurant just at few steps aways from the hotel.
