Located just a short walk away from the town center where all the shops and restaurants are located. The room was very spacious and clean, with a very comfy bed. You have views over Gergeti Trinity Church and Mount Kazbek right from the window. I only saw the host during the breakfast but she was kind and helpful despite the language barrier. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty, with typical Georgian food. There are probably very similar guesthouses in town for a cheaper price. This was more expensive than the average, but still good value for money.

This is the first thing I saw everyday right after I open my eyes, the view is out of this world and way better than the photos
The room was so clean and organized, the owners are the friendliest people ever. We kept asking them for dishes, cups, forks and even a kettle and they gave us everything we asked for and were trying their best with us.
Definitely recommend this place, we fell in love with it and will definitely return ❤️

Cozy family owned hotel. Hosts were great, got breakfast for extra $ and it was delicious!! highly recommend to stay.

Loved their homemade breakfast and location, it is walking distance from kazbegi town and restaurants. The owners are very helpful.

The view from room (#3) is amazing! And that's about it.
The room has no balcony, only a large window. It is very basic and minimalist (no minibar/mini fridge to store food/drinks). Overall cleanliness is good. The downside is the bathroom. There is no divider or a raised level between the shower area and the dry area of the bathroom. After each shower, the floor is wet next to the toilet bowl and the floor mat is entirely wet.
The wifi is weak and spotty.
The owner, Ana, offered us a room with balcony on our 2nd night but did not mentioned any rate adjustment. So we gladly accepted her offer of room change on day 2. However on the day of room change, she then only told us we have to pay extra. We didn't change the room eventually and felt that she should have mentioned the extra payment when she gave us the offer to change room. She apologized for her mistake and misinformation.
Overall for the rate we have paid (GEL144 for 2 nights), we felt there are others which is so much cheaper and also has room with balcony.

And if you are a light sleeper, this place will not be an ideal choice for you as you have to keep the windows open for nice cool breeze and air circulation. Having to do that, you will hear everything from the outside. You can also hear people talking or closing door at the hallway.
