Soncho Kazbegi in Kazbegi

Great hotel with a lovely balcony overlooking the Kazbeg mountains. There is a kettle in the room and cups (no teabags or coffee though). The decor is really nice and comfy. The balcony needs a bit of cleaning every now and then because of bird drops. There are two big bean bags that can be used in the room or even at the balcony. Really amazing view of the mountains, even from the bed. There was an additional blanket too, which was just nice as staying at the balcony gets chilly. I enjoyed this room. The only issue I had was the noise - for some reason the noise really gets in from the corridor and having kids running around at 11pm, screaming and stomping and someone leaving at 5.30am wasn’t really pleasant.. it woke me up. Otherwise absolutely fantastic hotel. And if someone is not a light sleeper, I’d definitely recommend. They accept only cash payment.

Great value hotel with shared kitchen and a washing machine. Space to sit outside and to store our bicycles.
Friendly staff.
Stored our luggage as well, while we walked up Mt Kazbeg.

Lika the owner is amazing, very helpful and speak English very good. The rooms are clean and there is hot water. The Price is affordable and more than reasonable. The place is divided to guesthouse and hotel. Highly Recommended.

We got a room with really nice view for Kazbek. The room was nice and clean with private bathroom. Breakfast for additional payment was excellent. The lady on reception was really helpful for all information for us.
