Nice big room, space enough also in the bathroom. Only 2 minor points to mention were the power sockets, you needed an adapter, which the reception brought to us, so that's excellent service.But the only normal socket had a problem if I plugged my phone charger, it didn't charge, you would have to hold it in a specific way. Nice resort, easily accessible, lots of restaurants, ski rentals etc. However the roadways weren't cleared of snow and cars parked on side of roads make it difficult to access. Location is beautiful and definitely some powder to be had in places. The gondola and ski lifts are fast and work well. However some upper lifts are still not working in the middle of the season with perfect weather. This should not happen. Upper slopes are somewhat annoying as they go uphill in some sections. Gudauri Twins is an apartment, not a hotel, which is ideal if you prefer more space and flexibility. They don't provide breakfast but it has a kitchen with oven and all basic kitchen provisions, you need to get your own groceries. Nice hotel with good atmosphere, located on walking distance from the centre. Superb breakfast. Thin walls and not well isolated. You hear traffic nearby, your neigbours and people entering te building. They did not fix the entrance near my room which made noise whenever someone came in, although I requested it on different occasions.

The room faces the 318 Church and the snow-capped mountains. In the morning, you can also see the golden mountain in the sun. It is worth recommending.

The view of Mount Kazbegi from the hotel room was amazing. Especially the night view of the Gergeti Trinity Church was fantastic. On the day I returned to Tbilisi, there was so much snow on the Jvari Pass that it was closed, but I was able to take the cable car from Kobi to Gudauri and safely returned to Tbilisi. We had such a blast, we were a big group of 30+. Super cozy hotel. Felt like I was home. Room was well maintained. Food was excellent. Atmosphere in the hotel was immaculate.

I loved the fact that the hotel is situated in a relaxed and calm area surrounded by mountains. Breakfast felt homemade and was delicious. Supermarket was also near. Accessibility to ambulance, police station is something to note. Other than that, hotel is equipped with jacuzzi, pool, sauna, billiard, bar and guests are welcomed by lovely staff.

Highly recommended! It is very cozy and lovely arranged hotel with friendly and polite staff. It is super clean. Every dishes was very tasty, you should take full board safely. It was a good hotel for the price. I suggest getting a bigger room than standard. Room access as outside which is not a problem until it snows. Not a lot of electrical outlets, only 1 in our room. Upon checking in, we had to sign a disclaimer stating that if something wasn't working and wasn't reported within 1 hour, we would have to pay for it. Good stay next to the lake Comfortable stay right next to the lake, with an inside pool and even a sauna. The room was fine, the beds were comfortable. Quiet but with many family options Here was amazing, the breakfast was superb, the kids were running arround, because the hotel is first line on the lake. Also you can enjoy the free entrance to their pool club which is 800 meters away. Amazing stay!

Poor service, water in the shower is almost cold. SPA wasn't fully functional, even though I asked before booking if it was working and was told that it was. When I asked to check out early with partial refund for these reasons, they refused my request.
