It was a good hotel for the price. I suggest getting a bigger room than standard. Room access as outside which is not a problem until it snows. Not a lot of electrical outlets, only 1 in our room. Bathroom was smaller than expected. The view from the room was spectacular, it snowed the whole time, but the location is not by the ski lifts at the main resort.

Upon checking in, we had to sign a disclaimer stating that if something wasn't working and wasn't reported within 1 hour, we would have to pay for it. So, immediately after checking in, we inspected everything and found several issues right away. It would be better if, before making guests sign such a disclaimer, they would first ensure the rooms are actually ready for occupancy. The light at the...

Spent 3 nights at the hotel. Facilities were great. Staff were fantastic. Huge shout out to Marta and Lele, but especially George for really taking care of us. I would highly recommend a family stay at Quandrum.

An excellent new hotel in Tbilisi. A stunning view of Mount Mtatsminda. Delicious restaurants and good service. The pool is small, and during festivals it gets very crowded, so there's not enough room for everyone. This is something to keep in mind when traveling. Breakfast could be a little more varied.

This is not the first time I have stayed at this hotel, despite the fact that it opened only recently. I really like the excellent service and the frequency is ideal.

I made a reservation for my trip, but due to the war crisis, my flight was canceled. I canceled the hotel 2 weeks before the stay, but they are not reply and did not provide a refund. This is very disappointing.

The location is perfect. Very accessible to mall and some attractions however in the 6days of stay, the linens were never changed. No complimentary coffee or tea. The hotel's location is very convenient, 10/10. This is my second time staying here, and this is precisely why. This time, the breakfast was exceptional; they kept bringing fresh food. Great and helpful staff, pcr tester was brought to hotel which was so convenient, front side hotel rooms r very noisy due to street noise so take a room in the back. There is no room measuring 54 m². I paid the price for a room with a king bed and a sofa bed measuring 54 m², which was 290 gel, and I received a standard room measuring 27 m² with a king bed, which was 130 gel.

Tskaltubo stay Simply, the best hotel in Tskaltubo. We stay here every year and always feel very welcome. There is a big outdoor swimming pool at guest disposal and also decent breakfast served.

I really liked everything. Excellent value for money. The only downside is the lack of an elevator, which, in my opinion, is more than compensated for by the location in the old town.

The hotel is in a very good location, right near the Batumi Bay, and it is very convenient to go to the beach and visit the city. The hotel's breakfast is very rich. However, on the last day, since we had to catch the train early, the packed lunch box was a bit too simple.

Nice hotel with good atmosphere, located on walking distance from the centre. Superb breakfast. Thin walls and not well isolated. You hear traffic nearby, your neigbours and people entering te building. They did not fix the entrance near my room which made noise whenever someone came in, although I requested it on different occasions.

This place has the best food/drinks I tasted in Gudari with good pricing as well!! It has the best view as well and very clean rooms (coming from a clean freak haha) also theres a nice gaming area upstairs!! The room faces the 318 Church and the snow-capped mountains. In the morning, you can also see the golden mountain in the sun. It is worth recommending.

The view of Mount Kazbegi from the hotel room was amazing. Especially the night view of the Gergeti Trinity Church was fantastic. On the day I returned to Tbilisi, there was so much snow on the Jvari Pass that it was closed, but I was able to take the cable car from Kobi to Gudauri and safely returned to Tbilisi. Place is ok The rooms are a decent size, the breakfast is very adequate with a good choice of veg and non veg options. Our room was quite large The only thing is the curtains are not black out, so if you wake up because of the light it may be an Issue in summer And the toilet needed fixing as the whole thing moved every time we sat on it.. it wasn’t stuck down properly.
