I made a reservation for my trip, but due to the war crisis, my flight was canceled. I canceled the hotel 2 weeks before the stay, but they are not reply and did not provide a refund. This is very disappointing.

The location is perfect. Very accessible to mall and some attractions however in the 6days of stay, the linens were never changed. No complimentary coffee or tea. A large sanatorium has specialized in providing services to patients with musculoskeletal diseases since the Soviet period. Large territory, very green. First line with access to the beach. The only such facility on the coast. The room stock requires renovation, no elevator. The staff is responsive and responsible.

Great and helpful staff, pcr tester was brought to hotel which was so convenient, front side hotel rooms r very noisy due to street noise so take a room in the back. If you are going to take the 930 free transportation up to the ski place, please be early than 930, they actually left around 915, even the front desk told you it’s 930. There is no room measuring 54 m². I paid the price for a room with a king bed and a sofa bed measuring 54 m², which was 290 gel, and I received a standard room measuring 27 m² with a king bed, which was 130 gel.

It’s the perfect base for visiting the Vardzia Cave Monastery which is a unique experience. The restaurant is not expensive with draft wine and wonderful food.

The hotel has a great location, right near the beach, with plenty of convenience stores downstairs. Getting to the airport, train station, and bus station by taxi is very convenient. A friendly reminder: the bus to Tbilisi takes 6-7 hours and only stops once.

The room was small, and the surrounding area was rather chaotic. Overall, this Wyndham hotel was just average. It's also quite far from Batumi's main attractions. It's not good value for money and not worth recommending. Ctrip advertised laundry service, but it's actually chargeable and not self-service.
