So as soon as we arrived at the hotel to go to the room we had reserved they told us that they no longer had that room even though we had reserved it on booking and we were told to go to another room for the moment and the next day to go to the room we had reserved. Frankly I do not recommend this hotel just for that, otherwise the food, the room and the view are okay.

Amazing staff very helpful and friendly. They have a welcoming family vibe. I will for sure suggest them to anyone who plans to visit Ureki. We will for sure be back in the off season! See you soon.

Very hospitable hosts and staff, it was a pleasure to stay here. They responded quickly to all questions and were always accommodating. The sea is just across the road, all the shops are nearby, and there's a restaurant at the hotel.

that's our third time staying at this lovely family run peaceful hotel with friendly staff, comfy rooms, kids yard, parking, tasty restaurant and 2 min walk to the famous therapeutic magnetic black sand sea shore, we would definitely be coming back to this sunny place again. it isn't only about the place, it is more about the people who run the place with high standards. highly recommended.

Rooms very large and clean, but the walls were paper thin so you could listen to the wild dog consert during the nights. Other than that the shower was decent and nothing really wrong. We were all first-timers when we travelled to Tbilisi. This hotel is more than average as I expected because price point is affordable. They welcomed us with a cake and wine since we have a celebrant with us. Not a high-rise accommodation but rooms are not that small though comfortable and very clean. We've seen 2-4 staff only during our stay and everyone is very hospitable and suggested tourists places...

Nice place but not without issues. Beds are nice but there is no storage whatsoever. Nice kitchen. Tha outside area is still at working progress. Place is brand new, so i believe most issues will be fixed in the future.

Excellent location, staff is friendly and, I believe, trying it's best to serve, but we experienced a significant duscomfort due to the event and loud music after the midnight, objection to give us take away of the unfinished meals, insufficient capacity of the dining hall for breakfast, the hotel manager didn't find time to meet for 4 days, pets are allowed. Great nature but terrible WiFi

Tsar Bani is not only the best place in the area for its unique banya and message with oak, but also for the excellent accommodation and delicious food if you decide to stay there. Marina, spasibo for the amazing breakfasts and dinner! Ps. You only need a 10-minute walk to reach the gondola.

I went with my boyfriend for Russian bath. It was our first experience and we absolutely loved it. Nicolai was professional and humble and gave us an amazing experience. The facilities were great and authentic. We had an amazing herbal tea and snacks. Can’t say anything bad. Do yourself a favor and visit this place while you are in gudauri! We will be back for sure! A nice and cozy small hotel that is run by a nice family. It's clean and affordable but don't expect things like a bar or large sitting areas. You go there to sleep and rest. You get around 30 or so channels in your room with almost all of them not in English

Overall it's a good hotel. Location is great in city center. Rooms are economical and clean.

We were having a terrible time with our holiday package team and a condescending team of hotel lighthouse staff till then, and a visit to this neighboring cozy hotel cheered us up, more than we could ever imagine such was their hospitality. A good place to sleep with a nice price. Rooms are pretty spacy and bed is ok. Some heavy traffic outside and not close to Metro. But for a night it is ok. Breakfast is an option and was pretty good.

If you want to drive car it’s too bad idea because road is in too bad condition!!! So if you have an SUV and 4x4 car everything will be fine! Or you don’t want drive car let’s say in train! Hotel is too comfortable. Zero stars for road. Five stars for hotel.
