No complimentary coffee or tea. No personal hygiene kit included in stay. Literally just the room, bottled water will be given on the second day.
Breakfast was included in our package. However, menu is the same everyday. Egg, hotdogs, rice, bread.😅
Overall, will give this a 5/10 because of the location.
This is my second time staying here, and this is precisely why. This time, the breakfast was exceptional; they kept bringing fresh food. The staff was very friendly, and they cleaned everything quickly; apparently, it was a different shift last time. This time, the view from the window was better; I've attached a photo.
I had a wonderful stay at Gallery Palace Hotel in Tbilisi. The location is perfect—just a short walk from Liberty Square and many of the city’s top attractions. The hotel itself is beautifully designed with a calm, elegant atmosphere. My room was clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated, with a lovely view from the balcony.
The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with any questions. I especially appreciated the kosher dining options at the on-site restaurant, which were both delicious and thoughtfully prepared. The added bonus of a small spa and fitness area made the experience even more relaxing.
