Beautiful property and attentive staff

The hotel looks very luxurious from the outside, but our room didn't even have a small window for air. It was so disappointing that we didn't even use the hotel breakfast.

The hotel facilities are very new, and the service was decent. The surrounding area is great, just a short walk to the beach, and all the main attractions are within walking distance. It's certainly not a 5-star hotel. The room is very small. It's very cold. There was a very strong, constant unpleasant smell. The spa is a separate, large bonus. That's true. But for such a small town, the hotel is unjustifiably expensive. No view of the fortress.

The front desk service was excellent, the location was superb, the rooms were spacious, and there were many restaurants and entertainment options nearby, making it very convenient. The facilities were better maintained than I expected, and there was its own parking lot. It was good value for money.

We booked a standard king room with balcony. Professional staff. Toiletries are provided. Everything was clean and nice. There are two swimming pools and a Jacuzzi and two different saunas. There is a fitness center. All of these were included in our stay. There are also two restaurants in the facility with different cuisine.

Tskaltubo stay Simply, the best hotel in Tskaltubo. We stay here every year and always feel very welcome. There is a big outdoor swimming pool at guest disposal and also decent breakfast served.
