The hotel facilities are very new, and the service was decent. The surrounding area is great, just a short walk to the beach, and all the main attractions are within walking distance. You can enjoy a sea view from the balcony, and at night, you can even see the musical fountain. Overall, it's pretty good.

It's certainly not a 5-star hotel. The room is very small. It's very cold. There was a very strong, constant unpleasant smell. The spa is a separate, large bonus. That's true. But for such a small town, the hotel is unjustifiably expensive. No view of the fortress.

The hotel itsself is really nice. It is newly built and the design Is really nice. However we were really disapointed by the bar. We ordered cocktails and it took 10 min to order then the waiter went away for 15 min. After that a couple complained to him that then are waiting very long for their stuff already. The free wine tasting was a nice touch and the breakfast was ok. It was nice that the bar is 24/7. The shower isn’t the best and it has very little power and this is the only hotel we have stayed in whilst in Georgia that has no aircon in the rooms so it was very warm overnight.

It's the best choice in the area. The room size is average. The rooms with balconies have views. The facilities are a little worse than those of international five-star hotels. There is a parking lot next to the hotel, but it is on a dirt road outside the hotel wall, which feels a bit worse.

The front desk service was excellent, the location was superb, the rooms were spacious, and there were many restaurants and entertainment options nearby, making it very convenient. The facilities were better maintained than I expected, and there was its own parking lot. It was good value for money.

First of all, the hotel has a great location, nestled against the mountains and overlooking the water. The breakfast is also very plentiful, and I highly recommend the pizza, it's delicious.

The scenery is unbeatable. It is cost-effective to stay here in the summer. The temperature difference between morning and night is big, so you have to wear cotton clothes. You can take pictures of the golden mountain in the sunrise from the room.

It hardly qualifies as a 4-star hotel. The location is very remote, far from the city center, and the facilities are quite outdated. Aside from McDonald's, there are hardly any other restaurants nearby; the area is mostly filled with car and furniture stores.

This is quite a remarkable resort in a country still trying to free itself from the long shadow of former Soviet domination. The setting is pristine, with a beautiful lake and extensive grounds. The hotel is a 2-minute drive from the ski resort, and there are good restaurants nearby. It's a 10-minute drive to town. I personally recommend driving there. Stayed at Axien Hotel for a short day stay and it was suitable for a one day visit in Kazbegi. The room was simple and basic, not fancy, but fine for a short stay.
