Had an amazing stay! The rooms are beautiful and cleaned on a daily basis. The washrooms are also sufficiently big and well equipped. The reception staff is super polite and friendly, we got a late checkout on request. The breakfast spread is not that big and the menu is mostly repeated but it is delicious so wouldn’t mind having those on a daily basis. The lobby area is huge and has comfortable seating.
The hotel is located within the galleria mall complex and gives a direct access to malls food court from the elevator. It is close to all the major streets and attractions. Overall would stay here again and would recommend to all.

It was a perfect stay with great location and helpful staff. Except for the breakfast which was incredibly awful and poor, other stuff was satisfactory and pleasant. You can take a walk to historical monuments and sites and it is in the heart of the city

We did a trip from Munich to Salzburg Austria with Radius tours. It was a great experience. The guide (German Mark) was very knowledgeable and great to work with. He gave a great overview of the city, its history and great recommendations for food and treats. He kept us on time and was very efficient.

The hotel location is really good in Liberty Square and connected to galleries shopping mall. So, you have access to everything at any time Breakfast is really poor Our extra bed was broken The staff are nice and friendly There is not swimming pool and gym

The service attitude was very poor when we checked in. We waited for three hours. They kept asking us to wait for another 10 minutes, another 10 minutes, another 15 minutes, and another 35 minutes. Other guests checked in smoothly, but we were left at the end and were not accommodated. The dispute was finally resolved. I stayed there for three days and was asked to swipe my card again at 12 o'clock every day. Otherwise the room will be locked. And it has to be 12:00, no other time is allowed. It's really a weird system management. The breakfast was terrible, almost all of it was cold and not suitable for Asian diet.

Nice rooms. We were in a Suite and it was a good size with good views. But it has only one bathroom that is too near the entrance of the room.
The location of the mall is good, right at liberty square and you can access galleria mall with a lift.
The only thing missing was breakfast for vegans. Very few vegetables and no fruits. Got green apples on request though but they should add more of vegan options.

Thanks to my travel agent who chooses the hotel for me with an amazing view and easy to access restaurants, mall and attractions within the city. The lady who did check in was not welcoming, no smile and so however.i work in hospitality industry and i understand service.i remember asking for adapter over the phone and she told me I can come and pick it up myself.What a joke, I mean even 3stars hotel have housekeeping service.

Breakfast option was very less. Bar guy was polite and welcoming.
