Very bad. 1. Upon arrival on the first night it turned out that "oh, we don't have any free rooms today". We spent the night in another hotel. 2. The next day, when we turned on the air conditioner in the room, the electricity went out in the entire building. 3. In the bathroom, the water pressure in the shower was poor, but the faucet in the sink splashed in all directions so much that we had to change into dry clothes. For two people, exactly 2 bath (large) towels and for some reason only 1 small one (for hands, face, feet - whatever you like))) 4. The beds provide 1 small pillow per person. I asked to bring 2 more pillows and towels in the evening and .... Of course, they did not bring them. They didn't answer the phone at the reception, I had to go down from the 2nd floor, remind them of the request and... "Well, follow me, take it for yourself" - this very unobtrusive service led me to the storage room, where "Oh, but we don't have any spare ones - all the rooms are occupied" ... I had to raise an eyebrow and after some time, I don't know who they took them from, but they brought towels and pillows. 5. In the dining room, they don't turn on the air conditioning for breakfast because "There's no point - people are walking around, the doors are opening all the time" And the compote was delicious!
