I am in the hotel now and it’s 6 degrees . The air conditioning mechanism is not working and it’s freezing cold .tv is not working. If u want to enjoy the cold freezing weather of Tbilisi at nights book this hotel

The room is relatively large and has a separate dressing room, but the hotel rooms are only on three floors of the building. After the elevator reaches the 14th floor, you need to transfer to another elevator, and the elevator quality is poor.

my first time that I pick this hotel for 5 days stays. I have been in Tbilisi many time before but I stayed at private Apartment. I pick this hotel because of it locations,previous guest comments and reasonable price.But I found it beyond my expectations, much higher that I thought. friendly staff, even though I checked in after midnight because of flight delay, checked in 5 min and one person was just waiting fore me. very nice breakfast, just step away from metro station and public bus station, many restaurants and shops around. and very clean rooms. I recommend this to people coming in to Tbilisi, and I will also use it for my next visit.

Had to take multiple elevators to reach my room on 15th floor. The hotel is situated behind access controlled parking which makes it difficult for cabs to come to the entrance unless you inform the cabs.

The rooms are decent size, but rooms look outdated, and the hastle to reach the room through two different lift is a whole story of its own, staff is not friendly, the bathroom size was decent and the balcony with the view of the city was good, the best thing about the hotel is the location is very near to McD, subway, Spar and many more shops, breakfast was decent as well, would recommend to check other options nearby as well before you book the hotel.

I stayed 5 nights at this hotel with my wife during a holiday trip to Georgia. The hotel is nice and clean although one clearly has the feeling of being at a facility that was refurbished. A nice and diverse breakfast is included. We split our stay into two periods and when we arrived for the second period we were given a different room. Both rooms were not huge but were big enough for a comfortable stay. The first room had a small balcony over the backyard. Not so fancy, but very quiet. The second one had a big and nice terrace with a good view to the heart of the city (although at a distance). The drawback was the noise: the hotel seems to have paper walls and one can hear all the noise coming from the street, which is rather annoying especially when one wants to sleep and keeps hearing the “bumps” of a nearby disco. Other annoying “feature” is that it seems that in Georgia they have no concept of window shades (all the hotels we stayed at, including this one had no window shades, which means that one wakes up at 5:30 a.m. with the daylight). Apart from that I can say it was a pleasant stay and it’s just a pity that the hotel is far (about 4 km) from the city center. One curiosity about this hotel: the building has 16 floors but only the top three seem to be “working”. We stayed both times at the 16th floor.

The room was cleaned very cleanly and professionally. The front desk service was very considerate: especially when I accidentally left something behind, they would call to confirm, collect it, and return it.
Check-out needed to be delayed, and it was confirmed after discussion.
The surrounding bus and subway are very convenient.
