Definitely our favorite place to stay in Berlin. Great stylish atmosphere, very professional, friendly staff which fulfills your wishes before you expressed them. Location is very central on Ku‘damm with subway station in front of the door and trainstation around the corner. Night in the bar over the weekend is a must. Great party! A luxury hotel with excellent service in a prime location. The rooftop pool and the bar with a view over the Alster are particularly worth a visit.

There is a Tesla Supercharger directly at the hotel (Heimfelder Straße 123), with 4 charging stalls. This is what Tesla calls a “Supercharger open to others (with CCS compatibility)” meaning non-Tesla EVs that support CCS can also use it.  • Power: up to 250 kW superspeed charging.

I travel a lot and spend around 150 days in hotels around the world. I expected more from a 5-star hotel. Positive: the location right on the beach, perfect breakfast, first-class staff. The room was very clean and comfortable with nice amenities - robe, slippers, toiletries, water, tea/coffee. The bell girl was very helpful and I felt safe as a solo woman! Note that there are not curtains but instead blackout blinds that are controlled by a remote and then a sheer cover for the daytime. (no room service except for breakfast)

We really enjoy the view the indoor pool and the luxury facility

The Alpen Chalets were very good - clean, lot of space for 3 adults. Service was great in the Restaurant Senger and the food was delicious. We had breakfast and dinner in Restaurant Senger for nearly 5 days and we liked the food. Spa with massages is also very good. In general excellent experience. This was our 3rd visit during Christmas times and we like it here.

A beautiful hotel close to the Isar River and an easy walk to the Altstadt. The River has a very nice running and biking trail next to it which is great for exercising no matter the season.

Very few shops be aware of the details there write up on their location is misleading it is not close to most things if you walk taxis are very expensive. The Frebch restaurant fell down on delivering quality food ie the french onion soup was a disaster The front of hotel staff were great

Wonderful staff—extremely helpful and welcoming. We woke up on St. Nicholas day with a bag full of treats outside our door. Great location, away from the touristy, crowded areas but close to lovely restaurants and shops. The bus and tram stop all within one block and you can use them to get to any location in Munich.
