Definitely our favorite place to stay in Berlin. Great stylish atmosphere, very professional, friendly staff which fulfills your wishes before you expressed them. Location is very central on Ku‘damm with subway station in front of the door and trainstation around the corner. Night in the bar over the weekend is a must. Great party! Rooms are great and comfortable!

We stayed at three different Hyatt hotels during our trip in Mainz and Frankfurt, and while all of them were very good, the best one of our journey was Brunfels. The service was excellent — the receptionist was always helpful and greeted us warmly each time. Our room came with a balcony, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

The hotel was very clean, the parking was convenient, and the bed and bedding were excellent. However, the towels were a bit yellow and stiff, and were not as good as the condition of everything else. I was satisfied with everything else.

This hotel is known to be one of the best hotels in Germany, owned by the Albrecht family of the Aldi stores. I was there for dinner with friends and enjoyed the excellent food and the beautiful cigar lounge. Highly recommended.

Always a lovely place to have a delicious meal, a cup of coffee and amazing cakes and/or a relaxing overnight stay. The staff are always polite and attentive. The hotel is beautifully situated in the forest, we love eating or taking tea or coffee in the garden when the weather allows, surrounded by huge, graceful trees.

Receptionists should know about the best local hiking trail from Sassnitz to Königstuhl, but instead they said “You cannot hike there”. We did in fact hike 8km that day. Not very helpful staff in this regard.

The room was very clean and comfortable with nice amenities - robe, slippers, toiletries, water, tea/coffee. The bell girl was very helpful and I felt safe as a solo woman! Note that there are not curtains but instead blackout blinds that are controlled by a remote and then a sheer cover for the daytime. (no room service except for breakfast)

This hotel couldn’t be in a better spot right in front of the harbour but it needs updating. Our room smelt musty and no amount of ventilation seemed to change this. The Alpen Chalets were very good - clean, lot of space for 3 adults. Service was great in the Restaurant Senger and the food was delicious. We had breakfast and dinner in Restaurant Senger for nearly 5 days and we liked the food. Spa with massages is also very good. In general excellent experience. This was our 3rd visit during Christmas times and we like it here.

A traditional hotel next to *** It's beautifully renovated and very comfortable. The breakfast is also satisfying. Location It's a great location, close to the promenade and the town, making it a great place to stroll around. I highly recommend strolling around town and visiting the hot springs. This was a very nice property, the rooms were clean and the service, from the moment we arrived was excellent. The breakfast was fantastic but you will pay 45 euros if you don’t get the room package.

It was a lovely hotel and the staff was very courteous. The food was very good. The only problem we experienced was our inability to regulate the heat/temperature in our room. One minute we are sweating, so we opened the door and the next it was freezing. The staff was not able to help with this issue.

A beautiful hotel close to the Isar River and an easy walk to the Altstadt. The River has a very nice running and biking trail next to it which is great for exercising no matter the season.

Very few shops be aware of the details there write up on their location is misleading it is not close to most things if you walk taxis are very expensive. The Frebch restaurant fell down on delivering quality food ie the french onion soup was a disaster The front of hotel staff were great

Wonderful staff—extremely helpful and welcoming. We woke up on St. Nicholas day with a bag full of treats outside our door. Great location, away from the touristy, crowded areas but close to lovely restaurants and shops. The bus and tram stop all within one block and you can use them to get to any location in Munich.

The room was very clean and in good condition. But it was too cool. Asked for the heating to be turned up - twice, but nothing happened. The bar staff was very just cleaning and dusting so they totally forgot the guests. Once you order a drink and you finally get they never come back

Perfect location We had a small but tastefully decorated room with a small balcony towards west with beautiful evening sun. The only thing we were missing was air-condition. The air in the room stod absolutely still. Even with the balcony door wide open we didn't manage to get some air circulation. A big plus for the breakfast and the spa with the infinity pool.
