Room was clean and well maintained, but not very quiet since it's super close to the railway, especially at midnight when the train passed by. What upset me most is that there are a lot of bugs on the ceiling, unbelievable, isn't it?!

Nice stay in a very clean and fresh environment.

Good location, walking distance to the town centre & train station. We were in room 5 which, if you can I would avoid, because it is located next to the office & every time they came out of the office our door rattled. Which over time is annoying. It is located next to the train line which run all night, however the door rattling was more noticeable.

Super Central! In the middle of the old town, the Central places such as the castle square and pier KD on the Rhine, to reach within three minutes. There is no Parking in the vicinity, I highly recommend the Park house art collection at the Grabbestr. It is also just two minutes from the Hotel.

It takes about 30 minutes to walk to the city center, but the area is quiet so you can sleep without noise at night. I also think the surrounding area is safe. There is a shared kitchen.

Staying at the Residenz was a privilege. The hotel is elegantly decorated, and rooms are spacious and well-furnished. The breakfast was very good with various options and the best black coffee I have ever had in a hotel. Special mention to the very polite and nice staff. At the restaurant, you were really taken care by a trained and very professional staff.

Value for money is unbeatable. The walk to the room is a journey for the senses, where there is a different smell coming out of every room. But this is what makes a trip to Saarbrücken exciting. The room itself smelled just fine and was very clean.

The hotel is quite old, so the facilities are a bit dated. There was a noticeable, slightly musty smell from the carpets in the guest room hallways, but the service was decent. Good location for business travelers. Good breakfast. Rooms are clean, however quite tiny. Honestly, I don't remember when I slept on a small bed.
