Very quiet location near the Alster swimming pool. Parking is unfortunately a problem; only residents are allowed to park for longer than 3 hours.

Really cozy apart-hotel with good breakfast and a humerous concierge-couple. Don't be late for the appointed time, and if you DO arrive late, be sure to call beforehand!! And if it looks closed when you arrive, call again … he just MAY be waiting for you, despite what he has said on the phone ...

Stayed here for three days while on an exchange trip. Good spacious rooms, great breakfast and friendly staff. Would recommend to anyone looking for a budget hotel in the area!

The cleanliness was excellent. The location was great, close to an Italian restaurant and supermarket, and not too far from the station. The service was also very good and polite. The facilities were all there, including a kitchen where you could cook, which was really convenient!

The service was first-class and we really enjoyed our stay here. Our family of two adults and two children all loved it and we will definitely stay here again next time we come to Berlin.

The apartments are unfortunately a bit noisy, which can be annoying when the other appartements are less considerate.

The apartment was cosy and comfortable enough. A small kitchenette is available if one needs to cook. Balcony with a nice view of the hills there. Skilift is at walking distance, for someone with children might be still not the shortest walk though, in which case P2 parking is 5 min driving away. Recommended.

Perfect for what we aimed for; to spend a weekend with a friend in de bikepark. Nice clean beds in small but wel equiped appartement with a decent shower. There was space to put the bikes in a locked shed, not a lot of space but enough. Dymek, the concierge, was easy to reach and communicated in english. Would definitely go here again.

Nice and beautiful place and clean

A nice cosy place with beautiful views and close to town and the slopes. Unfortunately no microwave or coffee (perculator only) and apartment smelling of sigaret smoke was a turn-off. We'll stay elsewhere next time.

If you need a place to stay, and nothing more, it is okay. Not a very nice building or area. No parking anywhere close. Very small for four people.

The hotel is in a great location. In the city center, it is very convenient to eat and travel. The prices at nearby bakeries and print shops are reasonable. The hotel does not have a front desk, so check in with a password. very good.

The room was clean and tidy, very close to the city center, a 5-minute walk to the subway station, and a Thai restaurant across the street. To go to the supermarket, turn left and go straight, through the pedestrian area to the Karstadt Shopping Center. There is an Aldi supermarket on the ground floor. The only bad thing is that there is loud music after 6 o'clock in the evening until after 9 o'clock...

Really impressed with the apartment. Very cheap and had everything I needed and more. Mini kitchen with cutlery and crockery, fridge, sofa, towels in the bathroom etc. Also right next to a tonne of bars and restaurants! I was attending an event at the university and it was perfect, the bus is only 5 minutes away. I definitely recommend this place if you're on a budget or just feel like having an apartment...

Chose this hotel mainly for its location, between Köln and Brühl. It ended up being an overall nice experience. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was extensive. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was delicious. And the service was wonderful. One minor criticism is that I had already entered all our personal data via the website and still needed to fill out a paper form. Would recommend

very stylish design, big bath room,with balcony, coffee machine and very nice bedware, so I am able to relax after a long day work with client. There are bus stop in front of the hotel, it is also a good relaxation to take the bus to Huerth Park-shopping center nearby. Half hour with train is Koeln Hbf, much bigger shopping center. From another direction is Bruehl, UNESCO recongized sightseeing...

A very nice hotel, in a prime location right on the beach, everything was very clean and well-maintained. The ladies serving breakfast were simply wonderful. Such friendly and attentive service is rare. The breakfast left nothing to be desired. The reception staff were also very attentive and helpful. We would love to come back; our stay was fantastic.

The location is quite convenient, and the room is quiet and a good size. The facilities are what you'd expect, considering it's not a new hotel. The shower was a bit tricky to operate. Breakfast was reasonably varied, typical German breakfast. There's a bus stop and a Vietnamese restaurant within walking distance, and Potsdam Plaza is also very close.

The hotel is quite old, so the facilities are a bit dated. There was a noticeable, slightly musty smell from the carpets in the guest room hallways, but the service was decent. The location isn't the most convenient; it's about a 5-minute walk to the nearest bus stop. However, if you use a scooter, you can reach the Brandenburg Gate in just 7-8 minutes.

The bed in this room category was incredibly soft. I suspect it's quite old, as I just sank into it completely, offering absolutely no proper support. Super cute. Laundry was available and free, just had to ask at the reception desk. The air conditioning wouldnt go below 22c but that was fine, and i loved that the towel radiator was functional and dried things quickly. Elevator was quite small but we didnt run into anyone else at all so it wasnt an issue. The kitchen was perfectly functional with a nice induction hob, but no oven, just a microwave...

Fantastic location just outside the old town and close to the main railway station. The apartment was excellent. It was clean, in good condition, nicely furnished and had everything you would want. Fully useable kitchen with all crockery and utensils. Cleaning service every other day and 24 hour reception across the street. Even had free laundry machines with soap. Well worth the money.

Great family hotel in the middle of Binz! We visit Binz often but this was our first time at this hotel. The staff were super friendly and very accommodating to our requests. My younger kid and older kid both loved the age appropriate facilities in the kids club. The pool/spa is located in the hotel across the street. We came for my husband’s birthday and as soon as they came to know they nicely decorwtaed the corner with a bottle of wine and wishes. We were offered with free update of suite. A very nice and relaxing stay with indoor pol and sauna perfectly enjoyed by us.

All about feel-good hotels with children & dogs. Excellent breakfast! Great ambience. Friendly staff. The only drawback is parking prices - unfortunately you have to rely on them - otherwise you are only allowed to park for 2 hours on the public road - of course for a fee!

Very nice suites, with a balcony and large windows. The suites can also be booked by couples. There were a lot of couples there. It was pleasantly quiet. Great breakfast buffet until 11 a.m. Very helpful and friendly staff. Suite very clean. You can get a parking space for a fee.

Tasteful furnishings, large suite, nice staff, good breakfast but no air conditioning in the attic, people with reduced mobility have to go through the laundry room, reception only open until 6 p.m., minibar hardly cools, balcony furniture stripped down, spa and bar across the street ...

I loved the pillows. I chose it because it was close to my son's family and had a kitchen. I did not understand that I was expected to bring my own toilet paper as I was told by one of the desk employees because it was an apartment. In fact, the housekeepers did replenish the supply, and most of the tings I requested, like a fan and a 2d ice tray, were provided but I had the sense that my requests...

They gave me the wrong number for checking in and I had problem at night nobody at the reception. You should check in during midday when reception is open.

It was my first time in Germany and I was amazed at the gesture of the café owner. When she learnt I collect photographs and videos of places to put up on Google Maps, she opened sections of the café which was otherwise not accessible for that evening. One of the sweetest encounters in Wilhelmshaven. The food was really delicious. The owners are really kind people. The view is premium to say the least...

Solid hotel at a great location and with a great price. Breakfast was nice too.

Ice cream is pretty tasty but they seriously need to work on their service. Being seated, finished and no one appearing for a quarter hour, It's a tad bit meh.

Walls are paper thin; it was as though the person in the room next door and I were both in the same room. There were no cooking utensils and I could not get the stove top to work. I was not feeling well so didn't contact reception. On the good side, the apartment was spotlessly clean and in a great location.

Okay, with some reservations. I checked in online, but it still didn't work; I didn't receive a room code and only got it with the help of a staff member who happened to be there. Contrary to the description, we didn't have a coffee machine, even though three people were registered, and only two armchairs! The heating was locked and couldn't be turned on!

Great location on the edge of the Old Town. And so easy to get to from the airport! It has really good transport links and a very quick walk into the old town. The room itself was clean and tidy with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

I had problem with check in at the automat. I had to call 3 times and finally the problem was solved. The apartament is quite loud overlookongbon the street and very simple.

Conveniently located near the train station, a large grocery store with a food court, and the historic center. There's a microwave, stovetop, basic kitchenware, and a coffee machine. Clean bathroom. Suggestions: more coffee capsules for the coffee machine and toilet paper if guests are staying longer than 24 hours.

Great location just outside old city wall. Excellent location for trains, trams and buses. Was rather noisy as needed to sleep with windows open as no fan or aircon and it was hot. Bed was small double but was comfortable. Access was easy with a code for initial entry and it was easy to follow the door card making directions.

Everything was perfect here: a fantastic location right on the beach, not far from the center. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. We felt very comfortable in our apartment. Beautiful accommodation in an incredibly beautiful location right by the sea. We had a wonderful view from our room, and it was very centrally located between Kühlungsborn East and West. Everything was very clean and had everything we needed. The staff were super friendly, courteous, and helpful. The small breakfast as an additional service was a nice touch. Stayed as a stopover on a biketrip. Even though hotel is probably more famous for couples/families, we were still treated very nicely by receptionist and got all kinds of useful tips. Room was very nice, great balcony, view, kitchen.

Business trips are very convenient

It's a small but very clean and cosy hotel. Not far from Dusseldorf Central train station and old town center. Easy to commute. The price was very expensive due to exhibition show at Messe.

The hotel is clean, tidy and comfortable. It is very close to Dusseldorf Central Station. A three-bed room is also available. There is a simple breakfast. Since the room is close to the road, the sound insulation effect is poor and the noise is loud at night or early in the morning.
