Walls are paper thin; it was as though the person in the room next door and I were both in the same room. There were no cooking utensils and I could not get the stove top to work. I was not feeling well so didn't contact reception. On the good side, the apartment was spotlessly clean and in a great location.

Okay, with some reservations. I checked in online, but it still didn't work; I didn't receive a room code and only got it with the help of a staff member who happened to be there. Contrary to the description, we didn't have a coffee machine, even though three people were registered, and only two armchairs! The heating was locked and couldn't be turned on!

Decent hotel outside Saarbrücken, it's a bit older, but still pretty nice. The breakfast was quite good, lots to choose from! Getting to downtown Saarbrücken was also not too bad, takes about 10 minutes, but finding parking is another challenge

Staff and service are good. There is free parking nearby. Unfortunately, the TV is not a smart one without YouTube, Netflix, etc. From 6:30 a.m. it is loud on the ground floor and you don't need an alarm clock.

Nice hotel built in the 80s with elegant lobby. Unfortunately, it was built before regulations for barrier free accessibility came to place and wouldn’t really be usable by anyone in a wheelchair. There is a flight of stairs to get from the street to the reception and there are steps in the dining area.

Very good location, with convenient transport accessibility to any part of the city. All the joys of Kreuzberg are nearby. Great room as I chose the more expensive type in the property. However, the windrow view is a small graveyard which is not ideal for some travellers including myself due to religious belief. The staff are excellent, the room was small but very clean. The breakfast was really tasty with a good spread of food options. The only criticism was the lack of tea and coffee facilities in the room. I had to walk to the bar to pay for a small coffee for €4.20...ouch!!! I love the gigantic bear at the entrance. It sparks lot of joy, the location is extremely dog friendly with a huge park next to them. The gym is rather small with some dumbbells, a treadmill and bike. The shorter little chubby Indian receptionist has amazing service attitude. I've stayed in this apartment-style hotel countless times. There's a 24-hour free coffee machine downstairs, a relatively basic gym, and you can cook your own meals in the room. It's very friendly for guests on business trips who don't want to eat out. It's not far from the subway station.

The room I had was very big, which was nice but there was no real way to block it the light in the mornings as the bathroom window didn't have a curtain and the door was frosted. So whilst it was comfortable enough you get woken up with the sun

What you get for this price: fantastic! The rooms are very spacious, even featuring an extra floor and a kitchenette. Breakfast is also more than enough. The hotel also has ample underground parking, and public transport stops right outside. Pliengen itself is also a nice place to stay, with several good Italian restaurants and the beautiful Hohenheimer Gardens.

We stayed only for a night, but service was very good and friendly. Rooms super clean with a good view, no noise at night in the backyard rooms. Price was also good and breakfast included and a good amount of choices. All in all a very pleasant stay and we would definitely book this again when in Potsdam.
