Trying to check into the property was difficult. No one was on site to help and calling for assistance was not successful. Other than that, the experience was amazing!! Room was clean abd spacious. The property was situated in a very central position for the station, Bach's Music, museums, shops, restaurants and supermarkets with Aldi and Rewe only a few minutes walk.

An adventure in itself We got in very late and had to use flashlights to find our way around the property. It was a lot of back-and-forth, but we found our way. The hotel offers very nice small rooms, good value for the price and easy check-in/check-out. Everything was clean and modern style. However, the location is in one of the worst areas of the city why we would not return.

It was mid.. the good things about it was that it was easy to find the hotel, it had a lovely garden in front of the building, it seems like a very safe neighborhood with 0 noise. However, I didn’t apprdciate no capsules inside the coffee machine and a disgruntled staff (who wasn’t friendly). The room is also very tiny, but has a terrace overlooking the garden. If you're planning to stay overnight at the Karl May Festival in Bad Segeberg, this is a great place to stay! The rooms are beautifully furnished, and (almost) everything you need is there. Unfortunately, we missed a second armchair. There was/is only one armchair, so the second person has to make do with a kitchen chair or a bench. Nevertheless, we've already booked again for next year.

The location is very good, there is a balcony with a view of the Main River when you open the window. The room facilities are also quite new, and there is also Aldi opposite, which makes shopping convenient and cheap.

Everything was perfect here: a fantastic location right on the beach, not far from the center. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. We felt very comfortable in our apartment. Beautiful accommodation in an incredibly beautiful location right by the sea. We had a wonderful view from our room, and it was very centrally located between Kühlungsborn East and West. Stayed as a stopover on a biketrip. Even though hotel is probably more famous for couples/families, we were still treated very nicely by receptionist and got all kinds of useful tips. Room was very nice, great balcony, view, kitchen.

Business trips are very convenient

It's a small but very clean and cosy hotel. Not far from Dusseldorf Central train station and old town center. Easy to commute. The price was very expensive due to exhibition show at Messe.

The hotel is clean, tidy and comfortable. It is very close to Dusseldorf Central Station. A three-bed room is also available. There is a simple breakfast. Since the room is close to the road, the sound insulation effect is poor and the noise is loud at night or early in the morning.

It has a well equipped kitchen and a comfortable bed. There are some minus points in the bathroom. The fan was loud and no way to turn it off. There was no shampoo and shower gel, and the air was not fresh, had a smell of drainage system.

Great place to stay near the Olympiapark. U bahn next to the property and there is a shopping centre and supermarket a 10 min walk away.

There was no hairdryer in the room! When I asked the front desk, they said they were all borrowed and wouldn't even try to find a solution; they were very dismissive. I asked the hotel front desk for a sewing kit, and they said it would take 20 minutes—I mean, is it buried underground and needs to be dug up again? What could possibly take 20 minutes?

Clean, new and modern with train station right in front that brings you to Munich central in about 20min. However, room is low on amenities - no hairdryer, now shower gel or shampoo and similar.

We stayed at this apartment complex for 4 nights whilst we were in town for a family wedding. The beds are so comfy, the room was lovely and had many finishing touches such as a great fan, earplugs, sweets on the bed for arrival. All of the staff were very helpful and it was very useful to have a fridge, kettle, cutlery, plates, bowls, mugs, an electric hob, pans, knifes etc. The location is perfect...

The hotel is situated just outside the old city, with a 10 minute walk you are in the heart of Herford. It offers large rooms with newspaper wallpaper (?!), and kitchenettes. a microwave is also available. some rooms have a balcony. try to get a room away from main street. As so many mid-range hotels, the reception is not 24 hrs anymore, so best to arrive early. carpets were a bit smelly.

The room was very clean. There was no service for late check-in nether for early Checkout. The location was good. We used electric scooter to go to the city. You can left them all over the city it's very comfortable. Very nice was also the free parking direct in front of the door.

We stayed there this weekend with two couples we knew. We felt so comfortable. The owners, Emin and Dagmar Ayyildiz, are so welcoming; we've rarely experienced such hospitality. We loved the Mediterranean ambiance, the fantastic, lovingly prepared dishes, the cozy rooms, and the boules court with the beautiful sun terrace. The apartment block is located in a nice part of Frankfurt, a short distance to the CBD and close to restaurants and a large supermarket. Spacious apartment, close central station. Neighbourhood is not the best. The hotel is situated close to a construction site, so be prepared on noise from the morning. Brera provides earplugs. The check-in process demands patience. Make sure you have a number to the staff at you arrival in order to get guidance. Definitely a 3 star apartment hotel. Good hotel in a great location, close to good restaurant's, the subway and other transit routes, Stayed here twice as its close to where my family live. Staff on reception are always smart, professional and polite. Hotel Zarenhof have another hotel on Schonhauser Allee in the Prenzlauer Berg area, again its excellent. Look forward to my next trip.
