The suite was large and spacious. However, the refridge was not working. Front desk didn't seem concerned. No one repaired or replaced it the next day either. Staff wasn't the least bit concerned.

Nice little hotel. We had a spacious room right under the roof, so it was sometimes quite warm there. But everything was very clean. Unfortunately, the whirlpool was closed due to Corona. Breakfast was great.

Lovely apartments. Small but cosy. TV in both rooms, small kitchen with almost everything you need for a short stay. Shampoo, shower gel, soap and slippers are provided. Location is not that close to the tourist attraction as we thought, a solid 25-mins walk to the nearest. Some cutlery and tableware was missing - for example, only 3 spoons for 4 people, and no proper bowls for soups and cereals

This place is very safe and comfy. Everything nearby. Very clean place. The only thing i want to recommend tge propery is to put some lights outside the building.

Clean and Spacious The apartment was well stocked. It was also spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. The front desk person was very helpful and friendly. One of the court yards could have had a little extra light late at night but it was a fantastic stay and will do it again. Would definitely recommend.

Great stay! Amazing staff, clean room, great location. Wifi was not reliable, but that is not staffs problem. The front desk is only open till 17:00 (5pm) so if you don’t have internet connection it is difficult to check in and provide deposit, had to make security deposit in cash (which was returned upon check out) Very much recommend this location as it is walking distance to everything.

It was a little misleading that the listing says there is laundry facility on site. In fact what it means is they can help you arrange laundry service with a 1-day turnaround. I was expecting that they have a room where you can do laundry on your own. Other than that, I had a nice stay at this apartment.

Overall, the apartment was spacious and clean. The only issues are a weird patch on the roof of the bedroom that was supposedly due to a water leak where you can sometimes hear water dripping noises from, and the heat gets quite overwhelming if you get a top-floor apartment like I did.

Rooms need updating, no coffee, tea or bottled water provided as other apartment hotels in Germany. Wifi extremely spotty, needed to get a gigacube which was supplied by management, Though washing machine is provided it’s very difficult to interpret especially if you don’t know German.

It's a strange sort of hotel. There is no restaurant aside from at breakfast, but that's fine as the town centre is only a few minutes walk with plenty of bars and restaurants. An adventure in itself We got in very late and had to use flashlights to find our way around the property. It was a lot of back-and-forth, but we found our way. It was mid.. the good things about it was that it was easy to find the hotel, it had a lovely garden in front of the building, it seems like a very safe neighborhood with 0 noise. If you're planning to stay overnight at the Karl May Festival in Bad Segeberg, this is a great place to stay! The rooms are beautifully furnished, and (almost) everything you need is there. Unfortunately, we missed a second armchair. There was/is only one armchair, so the second person has to make do with a kitchen chair or a bench. Nevertheless, we've already booked again for next year.

Good location for business travelers. Good breakfast. Rooms are clean, however quite tiny. Honestly, I don't remember when I slept on a small bed. We stayed at Landhaus Stutzi from April 15th to 18th. Our room was very comfortable, with a large bathroom and a great balcony. The service was excellent. The place is nice with its high ceilings and spacious rooms. All you would expect from a 3 star hotel with a good breakfast and clean facilities. Excellent to use as a hub if you’re cycling around the area. Only thing I personally didn’t like were the pillows - lacking substance

Checking in at 4 pm and out by 10 am in the winter months when it is dark early is a challenge it would be nice to make it 3pm and 11 am. Also internet was slow and the shops were nit as close as it was implied the write up.

The property was nice but they don't tell you what room assignment you have until the day of. I was on the third floor with a pitched roof and it was hot tmduring my stay. There is no air conditioning and the hosts do not provide fans. The heat plus the pitched roof made out stay uncomfortable.

Self-catering accommodations aren't ideal for first-timers, and the cleanliness of the rooms needs improvement in Chengdu.
