Despite some people’s reviews I booked a room and I was not disappointed at all. Beautiful room and clean and very helpful staff. Central in Stuttgart. They helped me with early check in and early check out that I requested. I recommend it

All good, great spa area, modern, personell friendly, located 5 min from Stuttgart's disaster train station.

I liked this hotel. Rooms are nice and roomy enough. Rooms were also really quiet. Only downside was too thin pillows. Rainfall shower was excellent. Breakfast was really good with enough variety. Location is not the best and parking in shopping center is not convenient.

Everything was great except that the music box and the tablet in the room didn't work and no one could fix it!

It seems that communication between reception and breakfast service is broken. They wanted to charge for breakfast twice. Furthermore, the offer was very poor for €25 per person.   If you just wanted a coffee in the afternoon, it was complicated. It only worked with rolls, etc., and it was too expensive. There was a vending machine for mini snacks, but the price-performance ratio wasn't right either...

The breakfast is pretty good, the staff is very polite, the location is very good, there is a big shopping mall next to it, it is convenient and fast to buy things, and it is not far from the city center. I recommend staying here

The room was warm, and the carpeting throughout was very comfortable. The location is great, right next to Schwäbisch Gmün train station, just a few minutes' walk. The breakfast was delicious; I especially loved the blueberry yogurt and fresh berries! There were even gummy bears on the pillows in the room 🥳

Decent hotel, hotel terrace for a pre-dinner drink. Small swimming pool with counter-current system, good fitness room. The breakfast room has a cool atmosphere, but the breakfast was good and plentiful. We were there by bike, eight people, and everyone was satisfied.

Very conveniently located by the main station in Schwäbisch Gmünd, the hotel was newly renovated and very clean the staff were friendly und professionell and the breakfast buffet was good

We asked to stay another 30 minutes after the checkout time and were refused even though the hotel was empty. we also asked to leave the car in their parking lot for 3 more hours after checkout and they charged us 4 euros👎👎👎

The restaurant was excellent. The traditional wood paneled part beautiful, warm and quaint. The food excellent, venison and “Schupfnudeln” to perfection. Service highly qualified, very good wine list.

A great place to stay and to explore the Northern Black Forest. Rooms are large and confortable and the restaurant is superb, really above average. Dishes are well presented an innovative. The hotel is very quiet at night and has no rooms facing the street (almost no traffic at night). You can have lunch until 4p.m. Dogs are allowed (!?)

We did not stay at the hotel but it is a very nice one. We dined at the restaurant. Food and service were excellent. It was very elegant. I would return there again.

We stayed for 10 days in a category E room, very beautiful room and nice view from the big balcony. The breakfast is good, we only had once dinner as we where a bit disappointed. The sauna and swimming pool are great.

We were there in 2013 before our first child was born. We had a great stay! Now, we are going back in 2024 as a family of four and we are really excited it.

Food was unbelievable. Facilities we're amazing. Pool was a refreshing start to the day! Staff we're very friendly. Picturesque location and easy to access via car. A good selection of wines and beers too.

There is a gym, two restaurants (one for dinner, the other for breakfast), secure parking, very good bathroom and good-sized bedroom…staff are multi-lingual and very helpful…only problem we had was with dinner restaurant but next time we’ll eat out…highly recommended.

Surprising hotel. Well equipped and clean. But the computer system requires you to wait as employees make phone calls to get basic requests approved, like a stay extension. Air conditioning was set at a certain level, so couldn’t turn down. Shower level was also set to just warm and couldn’t take a hot shower.

This hotel is known to be one of the best hotels in Germany, owned by the Albrecht family of the Aldi stores. I was there for dinner with friends and enjoyed the excellent food and the beautiful cigar lounge. Highly recommended.

A stunning resort - I was there for a meeting and didn’t get a chance to use the facilities. From what I saw it’s a wonderful, place to relax, golf and do all the other things I didn’t get a chance to. 😄

Quite new building . The rooms are nicely kept essential but clean. Overall a very nice atmosphere in the hotel with kids play area. This hotel has a modern style and it's practically for every type of blue or white collar worker. The location near the Metro station Vaihingen is perfect and the access to the Autobahn is nearby. The rooms are big enough for one person with a bed for two. They offer you a good breakfast too, and the to-go-coffee is for free! A big grocery store REWE is nearby, but you can have a restaurant nearby...

A separate parking tower is located next to the hotel building, offering paid parking. While there aren't many restaurants nearby, Rewe is within walking distance, making it convenient. There was no refrigerator in the room. Breakfast was varied and delicious.

The location of this hotel was really convenient as right beside the train station. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was nice, but the shower was not very powerful. The staff at reception were lovely and friendly.

The place was very dirty, I went to take a shower and it was obvious that it hadn't been cleaned. It's right in the central part, if you come in the winter you'll be cold, the rooms, even with air conditioning, don't get hot.

This hotel is located in the suburban area, which is slightly remote. However, the city of Ulm itself is not very large, so it is quite convenient to reach attractions like the cathedral. The hotel itself is nice, with a moderate price and excellent value for money.

Overnight Had a good stay. Friendly staff, easy parking. Close by to what we needed. Shower door was broken but didn’t really make a difference. Room was very warm though even though the weather was cool. Couldn’t keep the AC on and with the window open it was too noisy. Room was clean and spacious. Bed was pretty comfortable. The hygiene is good, the environment is good, the service is warm, and the facilities are good. Because it is a high-quality hotel, the breakfast is not bad! It’s not very far from the Mercedes-Benz Car Museum, so I’d recommend it next time you travel!

Easy check in/out. Cleaners were too noisy and was arguing with each others in Russian at 8am on a Saturday morning.

There was a problem with Air con that it was making really loud noise right after every ten min. And i end waking up whole night due to this.

Amazing Stay at Hotel Fortuna We had an Amazing weeklong stay at Hotel Fortuna. Room was very comfortable, Breakfast was plentiful and delicious; and the Staff was helpful and very supportive. The Desk Host Receptionist was Wonderful ~O'orhah?! She helped us with Everything, logistics, taxis, food delivery etc... We Loved It, and will be back for our next family trip in February 2026.
