Super cosy, family owned, good location.

Be ok with stairs to the 4th floor Front desk staff condescending and rude. Elevation is as they say is the smallest in Europe. We could only put our bags in it and room on the 4th floor. Room was awesome. Check in staff needs a job not in customer service. Morning staff was amazing.

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Böhler. The staff was kind and welcoming. The establishment was well maintained and always clean. I also enjoyed their breakfast. The hotel is located close to several good restaurants in walking distance. If I am in the area, I would definitely stay there again!

The rooms ar very clean and neat. Everything you can expect from a very good hotel. I recommend them to expand the Menu though. It is kinda short and like let's say special or unusual maybe.. you might enjoy it but maybe not everyone on the table. Anyway, it is all in all very good! Satisfactory: Location good; Room satisfactory; not so good: I arrived at approximately 07:30 and was informed that teh restaurant was closed but Pizza available at the bar, and teh bar closes at 10PM. I opted to eat elsewhere returning at 10:45 thinking I would have a night cap, but the bar had already closed. Otherwise all ok. Thanks.

The room was classic, the facilities were a bit old, but the cleanliness was good. The front desk staff were warm, friendly, and attentive. The only downside was the hotel's location; it's on a hill, so walking there from the station with a lot of luggage was quite a hassle.

I travelled for business and so wasn't needing lots of amenities...clean bedroom, food, bar. Bedroom was fine, but restaurant had closed when I arrived at 19:30 or so. I was told the bar glossed at 20:00, so went out for food ( bar did serve pizza I was told), arrived back to the bar for a nice red wine...not. the bar was closed at 20:50. I was given a room upgrade I was told on arrival. Hard to see...

Was greeted by a rather unpleasant employee during my check-in. Trying to explain things like a child is demeaning, DON'T do it!! For a room costing 140€ a night, I expect to not have any complains. But the rooms lock system is so unresponsive, you need multiple attempts to unlock and in the room, the part of the roof which is supporting the air conditioning was tainted so much and needed maintenance...

Excellent location near the pedestrian area; fantastic, well-prepared breakfast. The only downside is the room location: you have to take the elevator to the second floor and then walk down the stairs with your suitcases to the first floor. Our dog was welcomed warmly, but it would be nice to at least include a small welcome gift.

Located within 1 kilometer of the central station, with a shuttle bus from Frankfurt Airport, it offers convenient access to tourist attractions, and there are plenty of places to grab a bite to eat and cafes nearby – the location is superb. Good view but lack of commitment by staff in accountability term in terms of self called out to renovate building. Any compliment given, was destroyed on purpose. An true gem building with lack of commitment to its amenities! Unsure whether booking again

The hotel is new and the rooms are spacious with a modern design. The staff are friendly and the parking fee is reasonable. The hotel is surrounded by lawns, which makes for a pleasant environment, though there don't seem to be any shopping areas or restaurants nearby.

The room was very spacious, and it's really close to the subway station. There's a big mall behind the hotel which is great for shopping, though it can get quite crowded. Highly recommend it, I'd definitely stay again.

What a wonderfully unique hotel! Warm, friendly, and welcoming. We took advantage of all their amenities and appreciated their proximity to Boblingen Bahnhof. - We walked there! Comfy. beds, delicious breakfast, and free coffee and beer in the lobby! It just doesn’t get any better than this!

I liked this hotel. Rooms are nice and roomy enough. Rooms were also really quiet. Only downside was too thin pillows. Rainfall shower was excellent. Breakfast was really good with enough variety. Location is not the best and parking in shopping center is not convenient.

It seems that communication between reception and breakfast service is broken. They wanted to charge for breakfast twice. Furthermore, the offer was very poor for €25 per person.   If you just wanted a coffee in the afternoon, it was complicated. It only worked with rolls, etc., and it was too expensive. There was a vending machine for mini snacks, but the price-performance ratio wasn't right either...

There is a gym, two restaurants (one for dinner, the other for breakfast), secure parking, very good bathroom and good-sized bedroom…staff are multi-lingual and very helpful…only problem we had was with dinner restaurant but next time we’ll eat out…highly recommended.

Air conditioning was set at a certain level, so couldn’t turn down. Shower level was also set to just warm and couldn’t take a hot shower.

The room was clean! The hallway windows need to be opened, otherwise there's an odor. The breakfast was also very rich. The service was just so-so; one staff member quoted one price for extending our stay by a night, and the next day another staff member said the price had gone up by over 80 RMB. And there's no elevator!!!

Overall, the value for money is pretty good. It's a bit far from the old town, requiring about a 15-minute bus ride. The room had a bathtub, which was great for a nice warm soak after getting caught in the rain and feeling really cold that day.

We have booked Leonardo Heidelberg hotel for a week and it was one of the best choices we've made in this trip!! The staff were very kind and helpful and helped with everything we needed! This hotel is known to be one of the best hotels in Germany, owned by the Albrecht family of the Aldi stores. I was there for dinner with friends and enjoyed the excellent food and the beautiful cigar lounge. Highly recommended.

This hotel is located in the suburban area, which is slightly remote. However, the city of Ulm itself is not very large, so it is quite convenient to reach attractions like the cathedral. The hotel itself is nice, with a moderate price and excellent value for money.

Overnight Had a good stay. Friendly staff, easy parking. Close by to what we needed. Shower door was broken but didn’t really make a difference. Room was very warm though even though the weather was cool. Couldn’t keep the AC on and with the window open it was too noisy. Room was clean and spacious. Bed was pretty comfortable. Would stay again.

The hygiene is good, the environment is good, the service is warm, and the facilities are good. Because it is a high-quality hotel, the breakfast is not bad! It’s not very far from the Mercedes-Benz Car Museum, so I’d recommend it next time you travel!
