Cons: limited space for serving food in the restaurant, always crowded. No pre-cut vegetables and a limited selection of sweet pastries (only croissants and biscuits). Room cleaning was average; bed linens were not changed during our 9-day stay. Pros: spacious rooms with balconies, air conditioning, refrigerator, coffee machine, excellent pool and saunas, and beautiful interiors.

Stayed at Leonardo Royal hotel with my son whilst on a bike tour. We arrived very hot and sweaty after a day riding in sweltering heat from Reims and were offered a glass of water each which was a kind gesture and greatly appreciated. This was my second stay at the Hotel Rio, which I found just as comfortable welcoming as on my last visit. I would definitely stay there again.

The Hotel is located nicely in central Karlsruhe. The rooms are very clean and well-maintained. Staff is super friendly and the breakfast option is up to the standard. There is, however, no AC working. "It is not hot enough". There was 26 degrees celsius in the night in my room and no AC. Opening windows is also not an option as downstairs there are people smoking, so you either choose to be smoked...

Relaxing A very comfortable overnight stay with secure underground parking and good restaurant. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. Our bedroom and bathroom were spotless .

I stayed there with 5 collegues for an exbhition and we were all very pleased with our stay. The hotel is only a few minutes from the tram station that took us directly to the Exhibition Centre within 15 minutes-ish. Very clean rooms and interesting decoration. We, as a family of three, liked the hotel very much. Location was very close to train station and there was an open air concert for city festival nearby but no noise in the room thanks to very well isolated windows.

Great hotel to stay at. We booked 4 double rooms with no problems at all. Staff were pleasant. Only thing was that there was no mini fridge in the room. The room was cleaning well everyday whilst we were out.

There is virtually nothing within a walk from this hotel in terms of eating or coffee except the hotel itself and a small cafe that was never open. Heads up on check in as it is not a conventional hotel you must go to the main building to get your keys to access the building that you may be staying at which is just around the corner from main building. The property was much bigger than expected! Very clean and well thought out with all the amenities included in the room. The air conditioner worked great and loved the kitchenette. Felt more like a small apartment and not just a hotel room.

My room was super hot! Not as clean as I would have expected. The water pressure in the shower was very low and the shower over bath was not ideal. Incredibly slippery with no grip mat provided.

Tired and dated Only used this hotel for a stop over so arrived quite late, only used the restaurant for food and no other facilities. Food was better than expected, staff very friendly, hotel is tired and dated, that said it suited our needs

Unfortunately, I didn't manage to get anyone to check the safe from Saturday to Tuesday. The balcony door isn't working properly and is almost falling out. It's a common occurrence in the hotel, and you just have to push against it, and it will close again.

I stayed in Göppingen for 3 nights. The town was very nice, clean and tidy, with a slow pace of life. The streets were especially pleasant to walk on, especially on rainy nights. The hotel facilities were very new and comfortable. I would choose this hotel again next time.

Very nice, quiet, clean and modern hotel, with free parking, large selection choice for breakfast and bar/restaurant on site which is reasonably priced with good quality food. The rooms are spacious and come with a fridge, minibar selection, heating control and A/C. The only thing that is not in the room is a kettle. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nice hotel but a bit dated. The pool was nice. The location is great. Lovely walk into the town centre. There is no air conditioning so had to have to balcony doors open and it was quite noisy. The main issue was the fold down bed was missing 2 slats right in the middle which made it very uncomfortable. Mentioned it to the staff in the morning and didn’t even get an apology - they just noted it down...

I'm sorry, but the service in the Bar/The terrace was inadequat. As soon as I get to know that a concert with 5,000 guests (a lot of staying a the hotel) takes place, I'm prepared for a proper bar service after the concerts when the fans drop in. This was not the case and a lot of guests were disappointed.

This hotel sits right at the “Kurpark” in Bad Mergentheim. Many of the neighbors are specialty clinics helping people with various illnesses. The quietness and easy pace of the locale is expressed in the hotel as well. The property is well maintained and the personnel is friendly and effective. The breakfast buffet is really good. I heartily recommend this hotel!

The hotel is in an excellent location, five minutes' walk from the train station. The hotel room is large and clean. The breakfast is very rich and very cost-effective. This business trip happened to coincide with Christmas Eve, and the hotel also gave every guest a Christmas gift package for free!

This hotel seems to be in the process of being renovated. The walkway to the door was under some sort of renovation and wooden planks were used to walk on. The reception personnel were having some sort of confrontation with a bicyclist and it was very frank and open. Might have been more comfortable for the other guests if they'd taken it elsewhere and it not kept the other clerks in agog interest...

Basic business hotel. Next to Lidl supermarket which is super convenient. Carpark space is quite limited, you have to park on the side of the road to check in first before you can enter the carpark.

Stylish budget hotel. No frills rooms, comfortable and clean but basic. Don't expect a full service hotel, though. The breakfast had a nice food selection, and everything we had was delicious.
