Cleanliness still needs to be reviewed, there are visible oversights in the cleaning.

The room was very clean... It had a dishwasher and an electric stove (although I didn't use it)... We had two connecting rooms with our children... It was clean, hygienic and quiet... It was quite close to the Porsche Museum...

The hotel is in Stuttgart, away from the hustle and bustle of the center, very quiet. The breakfast is simple. Parking is charged, but parking on the road next to it or a few dozen meters further away is free and convenient.

The room is OK, the surrounding environment is very good, there is a Porsche museum 500 meters away, but unfortunately I didn't go to see it, the breakfast variety is small, this is normal

I stayed in Göppingen for 3 nights. The town was very nice, clean and tidy, with a slow pace of life. The streets were especially pleasant to walk on, especially on rainy nights. The hotel facilities were very new and comfortable. I would choose this hotel again next time.

We loved our stay at the Riva with a Suite lake view. The room was comfortable and beautiful. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I loved the check-in drink and the evening treats from the housekeeping staff. Breakfast staff was also delicious with great options.

There's not enough superlatives in the English language to describe just how good the Riva Hotel really is. The staff were extremely efficient and polite, and attended to our every need. Be aware that some of the deluxe rooms do not have outside space. I was vey disappointed to find that my room did not have a balcony to enjoy the lake view despite paying the same (high price) as other rooms in this category that did have outdoor space. The website shows such a room and so is very deceptive. Management could only offer a ‘downgrade’ if I wanted a balcony and were not interested...

Unfortunately, I didn't manage to get anyone to check the safe from Saturday to Tuesday. The balcony door isn't working properly and is almost falling out. It's a common occurrence in the hotel, and you just have to push against it, and it will close again.

Visited and did a one night stay. Nice modern hotel with clean contemporary rooms. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast selection was good and presentation and taste of all items where excellent. Certainly would use it again and recomend it.

Food and service is simply fantastic! I stay at the Stadt Freiburg Hotel regularly on business and I have to say the lunches are superb. Flavourful, reasonably priced, and very generous. This Hotel is well maintained. Clean and spacious. Room decor looks good, the Wellness Area excellent and very clean. We arrived in the underground Parking which was very convenient. Very nice, quiet, clean and modern hotel, with free parking, large selection choice for breakfast and bar/restaurant on site which is reasonably priced with good quality food. The rooms are spacious and come with a fridge, minibar selection, heating control and A/C. The only thing that is not in the room is a kettle. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nice hotel but a bit dated. The pool was nice. The location is great. Lovely walk into the town centre. There is no air conditioning so had to have to balcony doors open and it was quite noisy. The main issue was the fold down bed was missing 2 slats right in the middle which made it very uncomfortable. Mentioned it to the staff in the morning and didn’t even get an apology - they just noted it down...

I'm sorry, but the service in the Bar/The terrace was inadequat. As soon as I get to know that a concert with 5,000 guests (a lot of staying a the hotel) takes place, I'm prepared for a proper bar service after the concerts when the fans drop in. This was not the case and a lot of guests were disappointed.

This hotel sits right at the “Kurpark” in Bad Mergentheim. Many of the neighbors are specialty clinics helping people with various illnesses. The quietness and easy pace of the locale is expressed in the hotel as well. The property is well maintained and the personnel is friendly and effective. The breakfast buffet is really good. I heartily recommend this hotel!

restaurant The only thing I have to complain about in the hotel is the restaurant. The breakfast is perfect but their selection of food for dinner is very lacking, and seems more like a cafeteria with deep-fried food.

First time in the Black Forest, very good base for excursions. Nice hotel (3*) However, a few comments: 1) 5 course menu is exaggerated, "small salad" is not a course... 2) Good and friendly service, but the boss was very nervous 3) Lunch snack was not possible, lunch package minimal 4) When paying, just pay, not asked if we had a good holiday... Pros: delicious (traditional) food. Great sauna area. Fantastic selection of hikes in the vicinity. Very clean. Friendly staff (for the most part). Stayed one night, bed was clean but this hotel is in need of a technical person who can fix the loose toilet seat and broken light switches and all other small things that feel end of life. Also no breakfast available and no receptiondesk in the mornings. It's more like a 40 euro do it yourself kind of hotel but they charged more than triple that amount. I think they will let this run into the ground...

Very nice place. Beautiful rooms with air conditioning. The service is great, we had to spontaneously cancel our original hotel which turned out to be a stroke of luck. We received a very warm welcome at the hotel and were completely satisfied. If we are in Karlsruhe again we will stay there. As the hotel is very central, most of the city can be reached on foot.

Great location! It's a five-minute walk to Aldi, and another five-minute walk to a pedestrian shopping and food street. The hotel has a dedicated paid parking lot, and the surrounding area is quiet, making it suitable for those driving.

Basic business hotel. Next to Lidl supermarket which is super convenient. Carpark space is quite limited, you have to park on the side of the road to check in first before you can enter the carpark.

I did not know I had to pay extra for parking. On booking.com at first sight it looks like parking is free, but it is not included so it was a hidden cost for me. Other than that this is a very nice hotel and I would definitely recommend it

Very clean hotel, quite close to Ringsheim train station. There is a bus station right next to the hotel that brings you straight to Europa Park. On the way back, buses bring you back to Ringsheim train station. Breakfast was good. Overall very good value for money

The hotel is located a 2-minute walk from Karlsruhe Station, so even though I arrived late, I was able to walk to the hotel with peace of mind. The bathroom hygiene was a bit lacking, but it is the best value hotel. There is also a tram stop in front of the hotel, making it easy to get around.

Hotel is ok for the money but at the expense of other stuff Noise - heating unit starts every night 1:40 and 7:40 on the morning making a noise that will wake you up. We used AirPods to cut the noise for 2 nights cleanliness - although there is daily cleaning, the floors were not clean, as well as some areas around window and ceiling Staff - friendly at first but they won’t really help you a lot tbh...

It is hot in here! It is an excellent hotel. It is modern and new. Exceptionally clean and great service. Except, there is no air contdition per se. What they have as a ceiling cooling is not sufficient enough for a comfortable stay. Room temperature was easy 77F - 25C plus. If you are a cold natured traveler, I would certainly recommend the stay.

This hotel is located inside a shopping center. Our room overlooked the Rhine River. It was a bit of a walk from the parking lot, but the location and value for money were excellent.

It was conveniently located near the station. The room was very clean and comfortable. Perhaps because it was the Christmas season, I was happy to receive mulled wine and cookies as a welcome drink.
