A typical 1980 hotel except for the rooms. The rooms are nicely and well renovated but the rest is old fashioned. The service personal is trained very well and friendly as well as knowledgeable. Nevertheless, the food was not pleasant. The kitchen chef needs more training, therefore 3 stars.

Location fine for a stopover; simple bedroom and bathroom, but very clean. Good shower and super quiet in a very green area. Breakfast provided plenty of delicious fresh rolls. The nights were very uncomfortable. The windows had no mosquito nets, so I had to sleep with them closed (room 107). In the evenings, giant moths and other insects came in through the open window. Otherwise, the peace and quiet was quite pleasant. The cook knows his craft.

This hotel is a typical conference hotel. That means most guests only stay for 2-3 days and in larger groups. We were a huge family (23 people) from all around the world meeting for our annual vacation. Facilities were above we expected, large rooms, air conditioning (!), great shower, impeccable outdoor pool. Breakfast was phantastic. The hotel is large but a bit old, though the heating is still very effective. The front desk staff are very good at communicating with guests. We booked an extra day, and despite several attempts to get a refund through Ctrip, we couldn't get one. All hotel staff I came across were very friendly and helpful! The rooms are a bit old school, the beds are ok but the sheets and or duvet aren't my favourites. Great Staff and Atmosphere! Wonderful the addvocat drink at reception- plus gratis coffee and cake. Wonderful quite location Overall a wonderful stay. Very quite, nice rooms and good service. The restaurant on site was excellent, but needs reservations. It was even on a Monday evening full. My only complaint, there showers could need an upgrade. We will stay there again. Fair warning, to stay there, it is best to have a car.

Rooms do not have AC! We stayed for a week and the sheets were not replaced till after the 5th night and after my wife told them. They left us without soap in the shower for two days… Trash bins were not emptied on a daily basis :-( Hotel is nice and conveniently located to the Hockenheimring, but too expensive for what it offers.

Passing trough Germany we stayed for 2 nights. 2 adults and 2 kids. Plenty of space in the room. Room is basic, but clean. Breakfast was included in the price and extensive. You can reach the city center within 10 minutes by car. McDonalds, Aldi Sud & DM around the corner. Staff friendly. Pleasant stay. Especially considering the price.

The hotel staff is very friendly, and the breakfast is excellent. However, the carpet in the room is uncomfortable, and the presence of only tulle curtains on the room windows makes it possible to be seen from outside in the evenings

I drove from Munich to the Rhine Valley and stayed here for one night. I also checked in Heidelberg, which was nice.

The staff were so kind to Koreans who came from far away! (Especially the female receptionist.) Even though I checked in late, they even arranged dinner for me, and the view was amazing! They even have a dedicated parking lot, so parking is super convenient. If you have a rental car, I highly recommend it. Thank you again for your kindness.

Fabulous hotel - newly built, good facilities, clean, bright and with outstanding views over Heidelberg. There is also good parking on site. The funicular railway is right next door giving access direct to the Altstadt and Schloss. Highly recommended.

Rooms were ok, basic, duvets weren't big enough for the beds and no tea/coffee facilities in the rooms. Continental breakfast was nice but they didn't replace items once they had run out. About a 15 minute walk from the centre which had some shops and nice restaurants & bars.
