Thank you Hotel Adler. As someone who travels a lot and spend many nights in hotels, I am always astounded when I come across a hotel that positively surprises me on all fronts. The service and quality of everything you do was nothing short of the best. I can truly say it was my best hotel night in years. Thanks again for taking such good care of a global traveller. Hope to come again soon!

Overall good, big room, complete facilities, the only drawback is that there is no kettle.

Very average hotel. Stayed for 1 night and honestly was very eager to leave since arriving and seeing the room. I absolutely recommend this hotel. And it was just the right distance away from Stuttgart to play in the big city and then retreat to the small town. The weight room was nice and the pool was even better than expected.

Room is clean and the toilet has a heater. Hotel is also walking distance to the train station - about 8 mins by walk. The only downside is that there are stairs leading to the hotel. Something inconvenient especially with luggages.

Great location, 6 mins walk from interlaken west train station to the hotel. Old and noisy environment due to poor design, wooden floor. Can hear drinkers from talking outside of the shops downstair even at 2am. Breakfast was great, but the same dishes and variety everyday.

It was conveniently located in the center of Freiburg, and the hotel was clean. However, they charge a city tax separately, and I don't think that's the hotel's problem.

Hotel is in a good location. It is within walking distance from the train station and the old town. Check in was a breeze.

The place was very dirty, I went to take a shower and it was obvious that it hadn't been cleaned. It's right in the central part, if you come in the winter you'll be cold, the rooms, even with air conditioning, don't get hot.

A decent stay and very close to Ulm Hbf. Walking distance to many transportation options. Check in was quick and easy. Room has all basic amentities and is very comfortable.

We were on a road trip and it got too late to keep driving, so we just randomly picked a hotel in the small town. There weren't many options available. When we arrived, all the doors were locked and there was no one around to let us in. Eventually, someone cleaning the bar connected to the hotel helped us get inside. We had to wait and communicate for over twenty minutes for the owner to arrive and...

We had a very brief stay here and everything was great. We would stay here again when we come back.

The hotel was awesome. We enjoyed a room. We loved the view of the Munester. The breakfast was excellent, and it was a great location to the Christmas markets.

Reception staff gave us directions for the walk to the old town. It is a very convenient and enjoyable walk. The hotel provides excellent value for money.

Great place for a few days in Ulm. Walkable to the town centre and station, very close to the river. Buffet breakfast was really good.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. The room was spacious and clean with all the essentials. The parking was very safe and convenient as well. Plus the location could not have been better! I would highly recommend the Hotel Krone.

Beautifully located just steps from the Neckar River and two very short blocks from the start of the Altstadt or Old Town area of Tubingen. A bit pricey compared to other hotels where we have been staying.

10/10 Recommend! The hotel and staff were great! My sister and I stayed one night and were treated to an upgraded room. The AC was refreshing during a heat wave and parking was very easy. We also enjoyed drinks at the restaurant next door. Complimentary breakfast was high class and delicious. We would absolutely stay again!

Just renovated and room was basically new. Great location in the city center and by a train station. Very nice inside, good staff.

The hotel was centrally located and clean, but it was very cold. The radiators were ice cold. There was no hot water. We couldn't take a shower. Since we stayed for 5 nights, we had to shower with cold water for the last two days. Even though I told the reception about the situation, I was told it was a problem throughout the hotel. Also, the internet was very poor.

Was a bit apprehensive to stay here after reading some of the reviews, however it was actually a pleasant experience. The staff on arrival were polite and helpful. The room was a little dated, there was a little dampness smell coming from the bathroom, but not offensive. The bed was comfortable and the room was warm over night. We had a lovely experience. Room was spacious and clean. Windows were new so there was no outside noise keeping us awake. Very apprehensive after reading all the reviews but we were lucky. Fair size family suite in fair price. Restaurants are expensive and not as you expect them to be. Service is excellent, room is clean and cozy.

When I think of the most polite and friendly staff at this hotel I can’t single out just one person. They’re all incredibly kind and great people. For example, Mr Salih at the restaurant, Ms Armbrüster at the front desk who is so dedicated to her work and customer service and the gentleman at the bar are all truly amazing.

Clean room with well equipped bathroom. Room size was adequate with space to move around even with luggage bag opened. Would have appreciated bottled water in the room. We book a family room, & the room are located just beside the Bar or Club. Was in summer time, room have no aircond so we need to choose between the loud noise or sweating inside the room. Perhaps it's the new trend, but I just do not really like the self check in procedure, especially if u arrived late and tired, just couldn't work the brain to go thru the process. A very nice hotel, my room was comfortable and spacious. The check in was 5 minutes, although the receptionist was not really friendly, but the other stuff was very nice. There is also a parking space for free. The food was ok. Overall everything was ok, I recommend it.

We had such a wonderful experience staying at Hetzel Hotel! Although the hotel looks small from the outside, but the room is very spacious, clean, and updated. If you are looking for a clean full service hotel this is a great find. They do have a full bar and a limited food menu that will keep you from having to travel outside to find food and drinks. We found our room very clean and the bed comfortable with a side chair as well as a desk with a desk chair. We would definitely stay again.

Nice hotel and you get what you pay for. Breakfast isn't very good with much choice, and their eggs are overcooked. Check in and check out was very disorganized and had very long waits. They were understaffed both times. The shower sprayed all over the ground in the bathroom because the glass median of the shower didn't come out far enough.

The hotel is quite old, so the facilities are a bit dated. Overall, it's not bad, except that on the first day, the staff took the mini-fridge, saying it was under repair, and never brought it back.

Short stay Good reasonably central location for Karlsruhe. Convenient underground parking. Trams run directly past hotel entrance and can be a bit noisy at night/ early morning as they pass, but this is to be expected in the location. Rooms and bathrooms clean and comfortable.

Its a hotel.in the industrial estate . Good access to major roads. Clean and not too expensive. Just another modern hotel.

We only stayed a few hours due to our itinerary and arriving late but the front desk staff were very tentative and happy to help us get settled in. Check in and check out were a breeze and the location was perfect for us as we planned to visit the HockenheimRing the following morning. No real AC in this hotel but they did provide an in room fan and with the window open and blinds shut we slept comfortably

Excellent hotel, spacious, clean rooms and an extra bonus was the small refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Several fast food restaurants close by. Overall a very good experience and would recommend this hotel.

We were there as a couple and enjoyed our time. However, the elevator was broken, and I had to walk up and down the stairs with a bad knee. Otherwise, we were very satisfied, and the staff were super friendly.

This is our second visit to the Goldener Pflug and for good reason. Friendly staff, beautiful rooms and top class breakfast and restaurant evening meal. Parking on site very secure. We shall be returning again next year. Definitely a must stay hotel

The spa was a nice surprise, great pool. The rooms was huge, but no aircon, so very warm in the summer. The bar was never attended, so difficult to get beverages at any time. The food was limited in choice and average quality. But the location is stunning.

Black Forest Gem A wonderful classic resort in the heart of the Black Forest.

Ok Seems like a nice hotel with good spa facilities. We had a non smoking room, but it stank of cigarettes and the bathroom smelt unclean. The hotel staff didn’t speak any English (I no we were in Germany but basic pleasantries would have been nice) so don’t expect any help. Didn’t complain about the smell in the room as unable to make ourselves understood.

This is where you should stay in Ulm We were pleased with the size of the room, the design, comfort, and functionality. The desk staff were all incredibly helpful.
