Nice hotel with a great gym and sauna area. Restaurant and bar are great too. Rooms are nice and well equipped.

The room was very nice and the hotel had a nice feel to it. However the communication with the staff was a little difficult. We were told our room would be ready in 10-15 minutes and had to wait for 2 hours before it was ready. We also had asked to get a tray picked up from our room and when returning we found the tray was still there. The food from the restaurant was great though!

After many stays at the Waldhotel, the staff maintain a top level environment which is why this is the only hotel I will stay at when in Stuttgart.

Passing trough Germany we stayed for 2 nights. 2 adults and 2 kids. Plenty of space in the room. Room is basic, but clean. Breakfast was included in the price and extensive. You can reach the city center within 10 minutes by car. McDonalds, Aldi Sud & DM around the corner. Staff friendly. Pleasant stay. Especially considering the price.

First of all, there is no parking option for your car. The only option you have is to park your car into a public parking place which costs 20 euro per day. (Hotel doesn't give you any discount). The front desk smelled of a very strong parfum that just gave me a headache. Luckily it did not carry to the rest of the hotel. The hotel room itself was ok. Parking issues are probably similar throughout Germany; the system isn't very automated, and the staff were in a rush, speaking too quickly and making it difficult to understand. In the end, I just parked wherever I could find a spot. I told them I had already paid online, but they insisted I pay at the front desk. Luckily, Ctrip's service was excellent and resolved the issue promptly.

It's a clean and reliable brand, so I stay often. However, I was disappointed to see that the parking fee was expensive and that the car was leaving without paying the parking fee.

We had the perfect stay at this hotel while in Freiburg. We loved it so much that we even recommended it on our website. :) The staff is super friendly, the breakfast is good and they offered free drinks at the bar if you help save water by refusing the daily turn-down service if you don't really need it. We're tidy, so we enjoyed plenty of drinks. ;)

They need to improve immediately We stay 4 nights, 3 times in a row the towels were not changed without our request, twice the bed linen was not changed, once the room was not cleaned at all. Besides, it's not a good idea to put two twin beds together and to call it double bed.

Nice property in a quiet location. The crowd was definitely much older than I expected (all grey hair with a lot of canes or walking sticks). I believe that there is a physical therapist located nearby. It did matter. My only complaint was that the room didn’t have AC and it was warm that evening. They provided a fan and it was enough for the heat.

This wasn't our first time at this hotel, but unfortunately, the cleanliness has declined. At breakfast, some cups looked like they hadn't seen a dishwasher or weren't properly cleaned. We also noticed residues on plates and cutlery.

However, you can get free public transport tickets at the reception, and the bus to the city center stops right infront of the hotel. Therefore the location isn’t a big issue.

I was looking for a hotel close to the train station for a short weekend to rest and get to know a new place. It is just like 200 m from the station, just a short walk easy to do with the bit of luggage, so that objective was fulfilled. 3 star at best. Rooms are really dated. Bed was good, pillows terrible. Staff were friendly, location, right next to train station, so 15/20 mins walk to centre, bur ideal to move on your next leg of a trip. The lift is the best part of the hotel, built1928 - a national treasure, supposedly.

We payed far over 500 euros, and sadly did not get what you would expect for this price. Our room was outdated and the bathroom had some molt. The walls were not white anymore. The location is great, but it is time for some investment and modernization. We did not understand why the bar/cafe had no personal. This is an excellent hotel. Super close to everything in sindelfingen. Although the entire staff was top notch. It was the NIGHT shift who made the most impact on our stay. Good place for a stopover when traveling, nicely situated in the city center, so good for food and drinks. Rooms are clean and have all you need for 1 night . Staf is friendly and nice. Parking might be an issue when the garage is full, we managed to park right in front of the hotel. Was slightly moer expensive but it was good. I would go there again next time!

Accommodation in Freiburg The hotel is close to the hill where we can reach easily for a pleasant walk. From the city centre is few blocks away and it is possible to go by walk. As it was extremely hot during my stay, a small fan (no air conditioning) did not help a lot!

I arrived after 22:00 when the reception was already closed, but the self check-in process was very smooth and easy to use. Everything worked perfectly and I had no issues accessing my room. This is a budget hotel. If there's no AC I understand. But these hotels better start putting screens on their windows. Because mosquitos are migrating north from Climate Change and if you have no AC, you'll want to open the window, and you'll get eaten alive at night.

Sorry. Didn't manage to snap photos. Kitchenette is from a previous business establishment that is about to be removed. For business travel, it meets basic needs. Nothing fanciful. There's some noise coming from the street if the window is opened. Good thing about B&B is that it offers a private parking garage FOC but on a first come first served basis.

We had a nice stay before our Switzerland trip. Receptionist was very welcoming. There are enough parking space in front of the hotel including charging station. Room was perfectly silent. To summarize, it was a good experience

Holiday Inn Expresses aren't usually anything special, but this hotel was. It was simple, but very, very clean. The beds were really comfortable, and the staff were all very polite and friendly. It was a very restful night there after the trade fair.

This terrific hotel is just a short walk from the train station and central bus depot. It has good facilities and very pleasant staff who were very helpful at all times of the day and night. Buffet breakfast was always fresh and reasonably expansive. Bicycles are available to hire and if the weather turns against you, umbrellas can be borrowed for the day.
