Awesome little hotel, far away from the crowds. A true hideaway and if you want you are not reachable due to the missing GSM network. But no worries, the hotel team has a trick it still works. We will sure come back.

I really enjoyed staying here but I didn’t quite feel like I got my money’s worth. If you go make sure you check the hours of the restaurant and amenities. Also the wifi doesn’t work very well.

Staying in this hotel and enjoying the spa was a dream. The location is very idyllic, surrounded by beautiful nature in a very quiet environment. All the areas invite you to relax. The diner was perfect and the breakfast offered lots of choice.

Very good location, right next to the market square. All facilities are complete. There is a hotel parking lot and a place to charge electric cars. The parking fee when I went was 15 euros per night. The minibar in the room is free.

Rooms and service is excellent But there aren't a lot of things to do near the hotel. So you'll need a car to go to the city

We had a great stay as a family of five! Both apartments were clean, spacious, and perfect for our needs. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The hotel was comfortable. We had a room with a kitchen. Some of the plates & cutlery stored in the kitchen cabinets were dirty. There was also silverfish in the room. On the positive side, there was free flow of coffee, tea and hot chocolate available at the lobby. The staff were friendly.

Good stay for the night we needed after a canceled flight

Excellent location if flying into Stuttgart, 4 minutes on S-Bahn then a 4 minute walk to hotel. Only 30 minutes on the same S-Bahn line to city centre. Very clean and comfortable, staff were great. Highly recommended.

Fine but not as nice as in the pics In itself a good hotel but "overpromised" on the booking sites. I chose a more expensive room for a bath option that no longer exists and the parking was full both nights so needed to find place elsewhere. The bathroom was refurbished but not with a walk-in shower as in the pictures. But the room was spacious

Overall, it's okay! The rooms are worn, but the furnishings are fine. However, there's no service after 8 pm! The hotel's location isn't ideal for tourists, but you can find that out beforehand. The street is noisy! But the staff is very friendly when they're there!

Located on a quiet ridge past the city center of Ulm, it was challenging for a cyclist, but I was able to stay in a pleasant environment. There was space to store my bike, and the hotel breakfast was good. If I have the opportunity, I would like to stay again.

A busy spa hotel. Small swimming pool but lots of other spa facilities. Food was fantastic and waiting staff very efficient, if a bit stern at times. We had an upgraded room as there was a small problem with our original room which we very much appreciated. It was in a nice area with lots of good walks and parks in the vicinity. Nice hotel in a very quiet village, perfect for a peaceful getaway. The staff is very kind and welcoming. Two points that deserve real improvement are the parking space availability and the messages (which were of poor quality for the price, real shame!)

Beautiful spot, lovely interior and great food. When we checked in for our two night stay the Staff member only put one day on our card. The second day we went out of the building and the closed their reception desk in the afternoon and we were locked out of the hotel for four hours. The response for Anne was "I had a bad day". Really? Very unprofessional.

Good hotel, good restaurant Minus - lack of parking

Fine hotel. Room is good with a tv, airco, fridge. All up to date. Small but adequate desk with decent chair. Sauna is small but with corona 2 is the max. Steam bath dus not work. Fitness looked promising but did not use it. Dinner was fine too, limited choice but enough to make everybody happy. Street side is busy with traffic, sound isolation seems to work well if you keep the windows closed.

Great hotel, very well run. Unfortunately the cleaning crew makes lots of noise in the mornings, and doors are built to spam - If you're a late sleeper, it'll get to you. If you're up early, you'll have a great stay.

The hotel is amazing! A beautiful and tidy apartment with fun little features, like the music speaker in the mirror and the bedside table (my son especially loved that!). This hotel is the BEST! I chose this location primarily for one reason: How wheelchair accessible it is. I was not disappointed! The entrance leading to the front door is zero-entry, which means no stairs, no curb, just roll right in! There is an elevator, which was so important. Proper hotel for a short trip away from home. Although the location isn’t very convenient when you need to get around Karlsruhe, the personnel is more than happy to help you get a taxi. Rooms are very spacious clean and setup with the right amenities. In the morning their breakfast is from 6 AM to 10 AM which allows you to sleep in if needed. Can recommend!

Wow! Booked this last minute to go to the pumpkin festival. Owner was very responsive, made accommodations for the dog and when we arrived, they had even placed an extra bed for our toddler! Be aware that some of the deluxe rooms do not have outside space. I was vey disappointed to find that my room did not have a balcony to enjoy the lake view despite paying the same (high price) as other rooms in this category that did have outdoor space. Nice building, well situated. But: overall old. Bathroom very simple, but we heard other guest talking and walking plus 2 out of 3 blinds in our room were broken. Same in the room of our soon (1 broken out of 2). On the plus-side: food was very good and we could charge out EV. Overall, not worth the price unfortunately.

Classic business hotel. I’d recommend it in winter but it’s really too hot during summer (consider it’s not possible to fully open the windows). Personnel is always nice and available. Breakfast is ok.

So time of year is a major factor when booking at this hotel as with most authentic German hotels there is no AC in the rooms. Avoid a sunny room because masonry buildings retain heat from the day. The breakfast room and courtyard dinning were superb.

Getting to the hotel is difficult and the staff had no idea about the public transportation system and we almost missed our train but for convenience to the Caracalla spa it was perfect and you’re able to go directly into the spa and even pay at the hotel.

I liked location. I didn't like that we had to ask for towels and the trash to be taken out. During our stay, 6 noghts they did not clean the bathroom once, changed sheets or vacuumed at all.
