The room was ok but they didn’t clean the room even if we stayed there for 3 nights. I know that in this part of Germany they ask you if you want to skip the cleaning but they did not ask us.

Good place for a stopover when traveling, nicely situated in the city center, so good for food and drinks. Rooms are clean and have all you need for 1 night . Staf is friendly and nice. Parking might be an issue when the garage is full, we managed to park right in front of the hotel. Was slightly moer expensive but it was good. I would go there again next time!

Accommodation in Freiburg The hotel is close to the hill where we can reach easily for a pleasant walk. From the city centre is few blocks away and it is possible to go by walk. As it was extremely hot during my stay, a small fan (no air conditioning) did not help a lot!

Holiday Inn Expresses aren't usually anything special, but this hotel was. It was simple, but very, very clean. The beds were really comfortable, and the staff were all very polite and friendly. It was a very restful night there after the trade fair.

Stayed for the night during a multi-day car trip. My experiences are limited to checking in, taking a shower and sleeping. The hotel was very clean, the room was spacious and clean. The hotel employee spoke good English and was helpful. I would absolutely come back again.

I stumbled upon Sombea during a trip through Southern Germany, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. Two people came to attend the exhibition in Germany. The hotel is very close to the exhibition center. It takes eight to ten minutes to drive directly to the hotel. Parking is charged at 5 euros a day. The breakfast is quite rich. In principle a nice hotel, not cheap, on an excellent location in the city of Freiburg. However, we requested upfront extra attention for the cleaning of the room, because my wife has a dust allergy. The room was really dirty... the management did not even apologize.

Very good overall. We checked in late and it was no problem. The car park was easy to use with fairly big parkings. The bed was very comfortable. Rooms were clean and seemed newly renovated. WiFi was a little weak.

Although my stay included a kitchen, I had to ask reception for a kettle and spoons. There was a McDonald's next door, so I enjoyed breakfast there. Our family's travel destination was the Porsche Museum in Stuttgart, so we booked this hotel, which was incredibly convenient. The hotel's design was very practical and much better than we expected! Thank you, owner!

A verynice 3 Star hotel, should really have 4 Stars, everything is very clean, as far as i could see is that the rooms all New and and very clean, the staff were very friendly and the Restaurant did a very good job, also respect to the cleaning firm, they do a very good job. The town Karlsruhe is in a 30 minute walking distance or a 10 minute drive with a Tram. I was there in 06.24 on a Seminar.

I spent a week here on business. The room was great for a business trip, the staff super friendly and helpful. Public transport downtown is good to grab something to eat.. I enjoyed it. And the seminar room well equipped and luckily had a fully functional AC.

The hotel and the wellness area are nothing special. In fact, from the photos on the booking the expectation was that the room was in the modern part of the hotel, but unfortunately this was not the case. A wonderful stay in Baden Baden, the only thing that was a bit tricky was having to take trays up to our room or the terrace because we had our dog with us, but totally understand as the breakfast room was very small. Great week at Lake Constance Lake Constance is a wonderful area for vacations. The Plaza Hotel in Friedrichshafen is located a bit outside of downtown. Its a hotel with breakfast only. No restaurants nearby. Parking was a bit of a challenge at times, more cars than spaces. Breakfast buffet was excellent every day. The service was pleasant/friendly.

This is a very old and outdated hotel. However, that being said, it was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very nice as well. It is also located in a great walkable area.

Good ubication. Close to public transport and with a supermarket in front. If you go by car there is a gas station 200 meters away. Spacious room and food. Correct mattresses. Pillows could be improved. Ok bathroom with ok water pressure and hot-cold ok. The 24 hour reception works well and they were very friendly.

The hotel asked us to pay again when we checked out. It does not make sense to ask a traveling guest to bear the burden of providing payment evidence. It ruined the good mood of travel in the following days.
