Price, location and cleanliness are great. The interior of the room is not the most modern style but I find it even better - more practical and spacious. Bed is very comfortable as well!

Information on floors/lift missing (direction, room number guidance, reception. Average rooms compared to other Ibis. Breakfast was not upto mark with many items missing/delay in servings.

The hardware in the room is acceptable, but the location is good (close to the station)

Spent a night there, nothing was bad per se but it was also a pretty forgettable experience. Room was quite outdated (but clean) and dark because of the trees blocking the light. Service was very slow and not the friendliest, probably our biggest complain. Breakfast was quite good but quite expensive (so are the coffee and snacks during the day).

We stayed here for 1 night whilst passing through to the Dolomites in Italy. We ate at the restaurant, which was nice. The breakfast was very nice with a lot of choices and nice products.

We were looking for a cozy, home-like hotel, and we found it right by the lake with its breathtaking view. A large fireplace, a wood fire, Christmas decorations, professional, discreet, and attentive staff, not to mention the hearty breakfast buffet. We'll definitely go back without hesitation.

All was great and staff all very friendly and attentive. Only spot for improvement are the breakfast buffet coffee mashines. 2 is not enough and both only provided warm coffee.

The room was spacious and perfect for a solo traveler. The staff were always attentive, and I had no problems with parking access. The breakfast was really delicious, and I loved the system where you get a bar coupon if you skip room cleaning during consecutive stays!

All went smooth and the room was quiet and clean. Some automation is present even though not everything is really intuitive: the checkout is very easy but the check-in requires too much time and information.

I enjoyed my stay here. It was very pleasant. Quiet and easy access. Room layout and amenities were functional and suffice a trip on business. Ample parking space, however, when occupancy rate is high then it becomes an issue. Was surprised that the city water supply is not hard water. Housekeeping is very diligent that cleans twice a day... Definitely my choice of stay for my next trip!

We were on a road trip and it got too late to keep driving, so we just randomly picked a hotel in the small town. There weren't many options available. When we arrived, all the doors were locked and there was no one around to let us in. Eventually, someone cleaning the bar connected to the hotel helped us get inside. When I think of the most polite and friendly staff at this hotel I can’t single out just one person. They’re all incredibly kind and great people. For example, Mr Salih at the restaurant, Ms Armbrüster at the front desk who is so dedicated to her work and customer service and the gentleman at the bar are all truly amazing.

Rooms are quite disappointing. First one I was given smelled like sewage clearly some bad job with the canalization. I changed rooms , smell was better but no blackout curtains, if you can’t sleep with sun or light good luck. You can walk to the ******, which is situated literally next to the hotel. If you're traveling by train, then it's better to take a taxi from Baden-Baden bahnhof to the hotel vice versa. Highly recommended.

The location is excellent and affords an easy walk right into town. The underground parking is tight for a larger car but you can squeeze in, it was busy when we visited. The staff were pleasant and helpful and the breakfast a good selection. Rooms were good and adequate.

A traditional hotel next to *** It's beautifully renovated and very comfortable. The breakfast is also satisfying. Location It's a great location, close to the promenade and the town, making it a great place to stroll around. I highly recommend strolling around town and visiting the hot springs. Cons: limited space for serving food in the restaurant, always crowded. No pre-cut vegetables and a limited selection of sweet pastries (only croissants and biscuits). The room was nice, the bed was soft and comfortable, and the shower had strong water pressure. However, there was no refrigerator in the room. The front desk staff were very helpful — they even let me store my beer in their fridge. Breakfast wasn’t very varied, but it was acceptable.

Very conveniently located at the Freiburg train station and around shopping district. However the hotel room is so basic. It’s what u pay and what u get. Initially when checked in found room without fridge, that’s funny. Location 10/10 . So handy for taking trams or trains or just walking into the town. Stayed here 4 nights. Had a twin room with fridge. Small shower room but adequate and the shower was good. If only this hotel got rid of the horrible stained carpet in the room it would be perfect. We didn’t have breakfast - 21euros seemed a bit over the top when there are so many cafes nearby.

From reception to housekeeping, location and transportation, all is excellent. Beds are comfortable and our room is clean and spacious. Restos, cafes, bakeries, and grocery store are just steps away. Closest train stop is the U- bahn (Wilhelm Geiger Station).

Twin room stay Pleasant twin room on second floor overlooking the back of the shops/restaurants on the next road. No kettle, but had one delivered with 2 glasses !! No a/c but had balcony/door to let air in. Car park at the rear of the hotel found it by accident but then very easy to get into the hotel. Not many restaurants around.

The hotel itself is below average, the carpet looks dirty, the toilet is small and nothing special, the size of the room is okay. The location is pretty nice. My room was super hot! Not as clean as I would have expected. The water pressure in the shower was very low and the shower over bath was not ideal. Incredibly slippery with no grip mat provided.

The room was clean and the facilities were decent. Service was good: I had a smooth check-in; and in particular, the staff accommodated my request to change a room. The bunker beds were quite interesting -- they reminded me of my uni life :) Overall, I enjoyed my stay here.

The hotel is worse than other ibis hotels; the rooms are small and poorly equipped, there is no hairdryer, and parking costs 15 euros, not the 10 euros advertised on the platform.
