Most spacious suite, had to stop myself thinking of it as an apartment.
Luxurious bath was a treat.
Loved having coffee machine available as well as room drinks facility.
Enjoyed the quirky surroundings and even a couple of games of pool.
Would love to return.

The hotel is ideally located directly across from Augsburg HBF station, making it extremely convenient for travel, with taxis, buses, and tram stops right outside the door.

Overall, the hotel was very good. Although our room wasn’t ready upon arrival, we were offered a complimentary drink, which was a nice touch and much appreciated.

The main reason for our high rating is down to Batu and Nils, who were absolutely fantastic. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely went above and beyond to make our stay extra special.

Nothing was ever too much trouble—they clearly work very hard and are dedicated to ensuring guests have a great experience. They are truly a credit to the hotel and their employer.

We would absolutely stay here again without hesitation when visiting this beautiful city and fully recommend this hotel—5 stars without a doubt!

Great stay, rich breakfest by the lovely BF-Lady. Loved the fridge in the reception where you could grab a beer or snack after Office hours. 200 m. Walk from Riegele Brewery Erich is one of Germanys best, dont miss the Biergarten or the souvenirshop.

The advantages and disadvantages are very obvious, and the cost performance is above average.

Advantages: It is right outside the train station, very convenient. Located in the old town, it takes less than 15 minutes to walk to central scenic spots such as the Municipal Square. There is also an Oriental Supermarket not far away, which is run by Chinese and sells all kinds of Chinese items (including instant noodles and condiments). The environment inside the house is clean and there is a kettle, but the quilt is relatively small. The restaurant is small, but the ingredients are rich, and there are salmon and various fruits for breakfast. What’s interesting is Figure 2, where a terracotta warrior is placed in the front lobby.

Disadvantages: It doesn't look like a commercially operated hotel, for example, there is no 24-hour front desk, it feels like a cozy family workshop. We arrived around 9:30 in the morning and were told that the front desk was not open yet. Only the aunt who cleaned the restaurant was there. She was nice and told us that we could store our luggage for free. It would be around 11:30 before someone at the front desk would check us in.

In short, the price is expensive at the train station, but it’s still okay.

Nice room and nice people literally across the street from the main station. Breakfast was very good with a solid variety from eggs and meats to breads and yogurt as well as cheese and fruit selections. Funny and teeny elevator and an odd layout but a very good value for the money. Nice walk into the city with safe streets and lots of food options very close by. Great base to explore Munich if you don’t want to be in a big city.
