Biohotel Bavaria in Garmisch-Partenkirchen

My husband and I booked this hotel last minute for a weekend getaway from Munich. We were looking for something close enough to walk from the train, priced well, close to restaurants/shops and something that felt clean and cozy inside. This hotel checked all those boxes and more. From the start, the hotel staff was very accommodating. They got us into a bigger, nicer room than what we originally booked and it was a corner room. Plus it had a soaking tub, small seating area and a balcony for only (approximately) 10 Euro more/night. The included breakfast was fresh and delicious. The staff at the front desk were very helpful with picking restaurants, where to get ski gear and where to go for the best hikes. The interior of our room, the lobby and dinning room had the traditional Bavarian decor but without feeling old-fashioned or out-dated. I would definitely recommend this hotel and we hope to stay here again the next time we are in town.

Very friendly service. The hotel is very nice, clean and very cozy. I really liked arrangement of our room, it was a nice and comfortable place to return to. Breakfast was very rich, with good choice of cheeses, hams and bread. I liked the selection of fresh vegetables too.

We could not get enough of the view from the balcony. The sound of the small stream nearby in the night is magical. Loved the easy access to Garmisch Hauptbahnhof. Good service at breakfast

Nice and friendly staff, clean house and delicious breakfast. We also got a very good service and all the informations we needed.

We liked the decorations, the style and the colours. Everything here were amazing starting from the staff, the location and the breakfast. You have to try the plain croissant is really delicious. And set outside the weather is amazing

Great hotel with an excellent location. Nearby to restaurants, stores, and markets so you can shop or gather anything you need for your adventures in Garmisch. No more than a ten minute walk into downtown and about 5-6 minutes from the park, which is perfect for dog owners.
Pet friendly! Very professional and pleasant staff that were helpful and provided information about the area when asked.
The breakfast was neat, clean, and tasted good. It seems all (most?) of the products are gotten locally.
The rooms do vary in size it seems and are a bit plain but they have everything you need.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back.
