The hotel provides free WiFi, free parking, and a children’s playground, catering to families and travelers seeking practical amenities. Guests will find a restaurant on-site serving regional cuisine with kitchen hours until 20:30. The rooms are described as tidy and well-maintained, though some reviews note they are not very spacious and can feel slightly outdated. The hotel is non-smoking throughout and offers heating. Staff friendliness is frequently praised, with several guests highlighting helpful and courteous reception service. The hotel is appreciated for value, though some guests mention noise issues in rooms facing the street and limited air conditioning. Breakfast includes boiled or scrambled eggs and plant-based milk alternatives at no extra cost, with a decent variety overall.

A nice little in. The room was big enough, though not overly spacious, for a single room, tidy, and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet was not extremely diverse, but offered enough options for most people to find something. A boiled or scrambled egg were offered, and plant-based milk alternatives were available upon request, both for no extra cost. There is no night auditor, so you can't arrive for check-in too late in the evening, and there isn't a lot of staff, but the staff is very friendly. It should also be noted that the kitchen of the hotel restaurant closes at 20:30.
Unterföhring isn't large in the first place, and as I was only visiting family living in town, I found that the location is central enough to be able to walk most places.

What a lovely stay we had! We were anxious traveling with a baby but it was super quiet and the neighborhood is beautiful. The restaurant is great and the breakfast was very tasty as well. I can’t recall his name now but the man at the front desk was so lovely and a delight to talk to. Will definitely be back when we’re in Munich! Was such a nice place to stay away from the crowds but easily accessible to the city center.

We stayed for 4 nights, family and friends. The reatraunt and bar was great. Breakfast was a good variety. Staff very friendly. A family owned hotel. So quaint. Very comfortable Would stay again. Rooms very clean. Front desk was helpful with transportation. Great German restraunt (Sonnensttubel) within walking distance and bus as well. Was about 20 min. From the center of Munich but worth the stay. Transportation
is easily available.
This is a gem. Loved it

Really nice small hotel in the nice and quiet part of Munich. Very good place to stay in. Good hotel at small price, with delicious breakfast and very friendly staff. Very much recommended, especially for football fans who want to get easily to the Allianz Arena for #FCBAYERN game. 😎⚽️🔴🔴💪🏻

A friend and I stayed here while backpacking through Germany a couple years ago. Despite not having air conditioning (something Americans are quite accustomed to) the breakfasts each morning more than made up for that small inconvenience. The hotel is well located-only a 5 minute walk from a tram that brought us right to Munich city central in only a couple minutes. And on our final day in town(we had already checked out) , they were able to hold our bags in a safe storage area while we spent one last afternoon in Munich. Lovely staff and also across the street from a great pizza/beer place. Well worth the €185/night.

Friendly staff, great food, and very reasonably priced accommodation (in Munich standards). Rooms are simple, but clean and well kept, perfect for an easy sleep. Will certainly return.

I accidentally booked a room for the wrong night by 1 night. I explained that I was coming from Canada and apologized and made a mistake and asked if there were any way to accommodate a change. I was told I couldn't rudely and bluntly with CAPITAL LETTERS, despite asking for the change months in advance of the actual booking. Poor customer service, to say the least.
