Weird, cooky neighborhood. Close to metro which was nice, but otherwise way out there. Feels more hostel than hotel. Rooms spacious enough and clean.

The surrounding environment is very quiet. The hotel is relatively small, with two floors. The room is also a bit small. It is very crowded to put two beds. There is only an aisle for walking. The bed is very narrow, about 0.9 meters. Maybe all the hotel beds in Munich are similar. The bathroom has not been replaced and cleaned for three days. In addition, the shower floor drain seems to be blocked and the water drains very slowly. I step in the puddle every time I take a shower. The boss is Chinese and he is quite considerate of his Chinese compatriots. It is not bad for a temporary business stay.

This exhibition is relatively close to the Expo. Since it was my first time booking a hotel, this hotel is relatively simple and the owner is quite enthusiastic.

Convenient and clean
Quite convenient location if you have to go to Munich Messe. The only two issues:

- the site mentions that the hotel offers a huge all you can eat Breakfast Buffet. Upon check-in, the lady said that it was not possible and that I have to go to the shopping mall (30 min walking distance, or one Metro stop away)
- the walls seem to be made of cardboard and I could hear my neighbours shower, snor… and even other noices 😅

The room was supposed to be smoke free, and it reeked of cigarette smoke and was not clean, including someone else's empty shampoo bottles still in the shower

Stay away from this horrible place.

The non-smoking room had a horrible smoking smell. There was no airflow, the only way to get air in the room, and deal with the smoke smell, was to open the screenless window. The smoking area was just below the room, and that would lead to more smoke entering the room.

Also, the room was clearly not cleaned before we arrived. It had two old, empty shampoo bottles from a previous person and the door was filthy dirty.

Very thin walls, you can hear people in other room. Bathroom smelled like urine. Enough beds for 6 people but all 6 beds in 1 room so kind of small compact unit. Clean room other than bathroom urine smell. No breakfast option or even free coffee/tea, need to pay 1 euro for that.
