I don't recommend this place. The photos don't match reality. The room was dirty and very stuffy. There was no ventilation, and the air conditioning didn't work. The carpet wasn't cleaned at all, the shower was very small and uncomfortable, there was no mini-fridge, and there was practically no storage space in the closet or bathroom. The room felt untidy, and they didn't clean it—they only made the bed. The only positive was the friendly staff.

It was a truly wonderful hotel.
• All the staff were very kind.
• Spacious and clean room.
• Great access (the station is just a short walk away).
This was my first solo trip to Europe, and thanks to the hotel staff, it was the best trip ever.
I fell in love with Munich and would love to visit again.
Thank you for your attentive service.

Decent Mercure hotel. Very nice service, I can't rate the breakfast as I didn't use it (but it looked very good). The hotel has a good tram connection to the main station and Stachus. Both can be reached in about 10 minutes. A good hotel for a weekend trip.

Unfortunately, I wasn't that satisfied... the bathroom was incredibly small, not spacious at all and the shower wasn't particularly clean either...
Hotel staff, on the other hand, were very friendly.

The room is small and the WIFI in the room is unstable, but the attitude of the front desk is good

It was the worst because there were cockroaches and bugs like you would find in a restaurant. I couldn't sleep because of the bugs for two days in a row, so I asked to change rooms, but after that it was fine. The staff was nice, but I won't be going there again.
