The room itself was very nice and the location is superb, the ubahn is right at the entrance and you can even get to the city centre my foot. Receptionists were welcoming and nice. On the first three floors you can hear the trains sometimes, and overall a lot of noise gets in your room from what is going on in the hotel. The WLAN is pretty bad, it was very slow and sometimes even was not connecting, you definitely cannot work or watch entertainment content when in the room. I have to say, the shower was amazing.

The hotel was good, and the breakfast was delicious. Room cleaning isn't done every day; the cleaning staff comes every three days. Fresh towels are available at reception.

There's nothing to complain about - the location is ideal (near the subway), I had a spacious room with a comfortable bed :-) Cleanliness and service are also top-notch.

There were no major problems with the accommodation itself, but I was charged twice. It took me 20 minutes to verify the charge before I had to pay it back.

Great accommodation and location for the price. Clean, comfortable rooms if not a little basic. The service was brilliant. Shout-out to Georgie for helping us locate an emergency overnight pharmacy - he went above and beyond.

We stayed at the hotel the evening before New Year's. The room was nice and clean, the staff was very friendly, and the hotel was close to the center. I recommend it to everyone.

Basic but clean, comfortable, and super conveniently located just by the metro.
Provided everything you need for a stay except for hand soap when the room was cleaned.
You have to ask for anything if you need it (example waterboiler). The team were very accommodation with all my requests.
Breakfast looks fresh, varied, and made with love, a bit over priced but definitely would try if I'm back. Coffee is good.
It's not a recently renovated property (if you're looking for sparkly floors and flawless walls) but everything works perfectly well and its clean. Staff was nice and helpful, overall a nice experience😃

Everything was perfect during our 4 days stay. We came early and they kindly arranged a room for us. The room is very clean and the staff were amazing, very helpful. Thank you all.

Offers modern, minimalist rooms with a stylish design and practical comfort. Located right by Goetheplatz U-Bahn station, it’s only two stops from Marienplatz and within walking distance of Oktoberfest grounds.
Rooms are compact but functional, with good beds, clean bathrooms, and large windows, many with balconies overlooking the city. The lobby bar and breakfast area have a laid-back, urban feel, and the staff are welcoming. A great choice if you want convenience, modern design, and easy access to central Munich without the higher prices of Old Town hotels.

The hotel door is the subway station exit, and private parking, driving or taking the subway in and out is very convenient, the room has a small kitchen and small terrace,  before 8 pm across the street several large supermarkets, small shops and restaurants, but after 8 pm it is pitch black
