The owner and staff of this hotel were incredibly kind. They have a small bar where you can get a beer and charge to your room, an elevator, and and probably the most comfortable beds we’d had our entire trip throughout germany. Perfect location that was a little over 1 km to Oktoberfest grounds, and only 3-5 minutes walk to the closest tram pick-up. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Little cute & cosy accommodation. We booked here for Oktoberfest in last minutes, so it wasn’t cheap for the basic room. But still the staff was very friendly and helpful. Their breakfast was tasty. And walking distance to the fes site. So, it was a wonderful stay!

Cute traditional Bavarian hotel in a great location. The breakfast was incredible and I would highly recommend adding it on to your reservation. The rooms were adequate and the staff were very friendly and helpful!

I can't say enough good things about this hotel. We found this hotel in 2016 and have stayed three times since then. We have stayed here each time we have visited Munich. The rooms may be smaller than most Americans are used to, but the ambiance, the service, the location, and, yes, the amazing breakfast put this place in a class by itself. The personal service and passion are rare these days. I cannot recommend this hotel enough!

Clean room
Receptionist is friendly

Cons:
Was on their site that they are near Main station which is not true at all
The room is like a small shoebox and had almost zero amenities (just a bed and tv and shower)
The shower is just enough for 1 person but you can’t bend without knocking your head
The TV is quite old and faulty
The towel had a smell on it

What a sweet hotel! Great location, and you can quickly get to the main train station and the city center (less than 10 minutes) by S-Bahn or tram. The room was small but nice. The highlight of this hotel, however, was the staff. Everything feels completely familiar, and you're treated in a friendly, courteous, and uncomplicated manner. We'd love to come back!

The single room looks surprisingly small, not like 14 square meters. I booked a room for 6 nights at once. Because the customer was sick, the hotel couldn't cancel even one night with a medical certificate. The management is not humane at all
