Nicely located hotel, with super nice and helpful staff. Size of room and bed quality is good. Rooms a bit dated, but didnt bother me too much. The breakfast is amazing, even caviar available! Only issue was that there are very few lights in the room, wasn't easy to work at night because of that, but it's a small thing.

Clean rooms, very peaceful location, and a simple yet delicious breakfast! Staff were so friendly! This was our favorite hotel of our trip to Germany.

Small rooms, very nice staff, limited street parking - although they do give you a dash placard giving permission to park. Some street noise, mainly from pedestrians. Tiny elevator, but I’ve come to appreciate having *any* elevator when lugging luggage up and down. Nice that it is next to the English Garden park.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations! The staff were very attentive. Hotel was clean and neat. Breakfast was amazing. A very good experience. I would definitely choose this hotel again!

The staff were amazing during our entire stay ... they really made our stay enjoyable. Also the location of the property was great ... though it was close to lots of shops and restaurants it was tacked in a small neighborhood that was quiet.
• Something that needs to be addressed right away is the showers. The shower head holder is far from where you are standing and unless you do some acrobatics or hold the shower head over you head you can get to water easily.

Small, clean hotel with classic, historic decor. The building itself is not very new, but it's clean and welcoming. Breakfast isn't exciting, but it's still satisfactory. Excellent location, just steps from the park and a few minutes from the city center.

The hotel is beautifully located near the English Garden in the heart of Schwabing. I really liked the room and the breakfast, too. I have no complaints. The staff and the manager were incredibly friendly. I'll definitely come back if I have business in the area again.

The hotel staff were all exceptionally friendly, attentive, and helpful. The location and breakfast were fantastic, and the parking permit was a great addition. Unfortunately, our room on the 4th floor next to the elevator spoiled a lot of things. Significant renovations were needed, with dingy, yellowed walls that had seen many pieces of furniture. Some of the curtains were detached from their rails. Worst of all, the greasy headboard bore the marks of previous guests. On the positive side, at least the bathroom fixtures were in mint condition. But the room was far from comfortable. We were told that we weren't the only or first guests to have this dismal impression. What a shame.

The hotel is located in a quiet area with many nice supermarkets and restaurants. The hosts were kind, and the breakfast was quite plentiful. I would return here.

The room 106 is on the street with a lot of noise in the evening. The bathroom (if we can call os a bathroom) has no dor and the WC has only a glass dor which doesn’t go to the top and neither to the bottom. So very little privacy.

When you enter the room you have also a strange smell. (Uncomfortable)

When you go out the elevator the carpet gives you already an idea of the room.

Will certainly never return again.
