Novotel Suites München Parkstadt Schwabing in Munchen

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. To avoid having to clean the room, they deliberately put a "No Cleaning" sign on the door. When I asked the front desk, they said it was put there by the guests themselves. When I asked again, they claimed they only clean every three days. Novotel is an international chain, and they don't have such a policy. This is just German utter utter rudeness! The front desk was arrogant and unfriendly to Chinese people. They were rude, yelling, and discriminating against them. I strongly recommend not staying here!!! The power went out that night, and the room was completely dark. I don't know what caused it. It was a disaster. We complained to the hotel, and Ctrip was responsive and compensated us for some of our losses. But the core issue is the abysmal service, especially the attitude towards Chinese people—they were as rude as a ****! After I complained, the hotel refused to acknowledge their actions, using various excuses to evade them. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in Europe!
