Front desk lady was very friendly and helpful at check in.
Spacious, clean room and good wifi (on second floor).
Room facing the street is surprisingly quiet at night.
Window opens for fresh air.
Mini fridge is a plus.

The bed was a bit hard. The toilet seat kept sliding off which was a bit uncomfortable.

The only thing I didn't like was the lack of an outlet/power socket next to the bed in the room where I stayed. Perhaps other rooms have outlets on both sides of the bed.
The breakfast is fabulous, with many very tasty options. There is a small refrigerator in the room. I highly recommend it.
The hotel identifies as an eco hotel which is cool. Because of this, they don't do anything on the tin unless you ask them to, which is also cool. But I hadn't expected to have to list everything I needed doing :) I asked for fresh towels and coffee which I got, but the bins were also overflowing as it's been there a few days.

The staff are very proficient, respectful , polite and responsible - giving good service and a pleasant experience.
The rooms are ok yet there is a problem with the AC which did not work properly and the illumination in the room is quite dim but besides that everything is good.
