Perfectly fine hotel in a very central, convenient location. Rooms are a bit tired and could do with a refresh/update. For the love of got PLEASE get some USB plugs in the rooms. Its 2026 and I had to go out an buy a USB charger to charge me phone.

The city view is decent. The room itself is fairly basic, but spacious enough. The decor is traditional; nothing particularly eye-catching, but the price is good.

The location is excellent, right by the river, within walking distance of Museum Island and other attractions. It's also very close to the train station and various transportation hubs, making it convenient to travel to other cities and the airport. The room was larger than I expected, and there's an Asian supermarket across the street, which is very convenient.

The hotel is located by the river, within walking distance of landmarks such as the Brandenburg Gate and the Reichstag Building. It's also close to the metro, making transportation convenient. The hotel offers comprehensive facilities and attentive service.

Wonderful experience. The service is impeccable, and its location makes it even better. Only 2 minutes away from Friedrichstraße station, which you can arrive by train 30 minutes away from the airport without having to switch trains in the route. And from here you can walk to most of the main tourist attractions in the city.
We traveled with a toddler and they always made sure she had everything she needed. The breakfast is one of the most complete I've seen, great variety of options to choose from.
In case we return to Berlin soon we won't hesitate to choose Meliá again.

It's the perfect location for exploring Berlin that has the convenience of being close to the train station to get to and from the airport in 30 minutes. The rooms are nice and comfortable and he hotel is quiet - you never hear your neighbors.

This was my second stay at Meliá in Berlin, and once again, it didn’t disappoint. The service at the reception was very attentive, and I especially enjoyed the breakfast. As a tea drinker, I really appreciate that they serve Ronnefeldt tea – in my opinion, one of the best tea brands out there.

i booked the hotel for a week via booking and had a double payment. while doing online checkin payment was mandatory so i though it would replace the booking payment but the hotel took both

Edit : The double payment being resolved, i edit the review from 1* to 4*. took a month and sad it took a 1* google review for them to acknowledge me but they did response and solve the problem.

So apart that the hotel is nice and well located. room are comfy and clean. The sauna is nice after a long walking day.
