There is no heating in the room, there is no hairdryer in the room, the bathroom is in 3 parts. One star is even too much for this...

If I could give negative stars, I would. The room was filthy, especially the bathroom area. There was dust everywhere. The internet only worked for maybe 30 minutes out of 5 hours, making it impossible to get any work done. Staff were not wearing masks. The vending machines didn't accept money. Delivery trash was left in front of the door and on the stairs for over 12 hours, creating a serious tripping hazard. Absolutely not recommended – neither COVID-19 nor the price justify these conditions. I will be contacting the company directly, with photographic evidence. Never again!!!

The room was dirty and had a bad smell. The bed was comfortable. The room's furnishings were basic but sufficient. The service wasn't great either, and the staff was very unfriendly. The price was cheap, and it was tolerable for two nights, but I definitely wouldn't stay longer than that. For these reasons, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Unfortunately, I was assigned another freezing cold room. Both windows were wide open, even though it was only 3 degrees Celsius outside! You could literally see your breath – it was unbelievable! The so-called air conditioning unit only blew cold air. To top it all off, the room was located right by the stairwell, next to the elevator. Ironically, the hallway itself was quite warm. The room doors were absolutely filthy – it was disgusting! Naturally, I complained at the front desk. The staff member actually offered me a space heater – can you believe that?! I insisted on a new room, but even that only happened on the second attempt, as I was initially given the wrong room key/code! What's the point of requesting a heated room with closed windows during booking if the complete opposite is delivered? This is now the third time I've been given a freezing cold room – what a repeated disappointment! Unfortunately, submitting a complaint via email isn't even an option, as they don't provide an email address. It's high time I received some compensation for these atrocious rooms!!!

I would say it is the worst I have ever stayed and seen in my 50 years of life but the word worst would be too inadequate for this hotel. Definitely do not go and do not stay, it would be cleaner to stay on the street, insects have taken over the room as a home. Fungus has formed in the room, the bathroom fountain has become moss. There is air conditioning in the room but it does not work, when I ask, the receptionists say we do not have air conditioning and it does not work. There was an incredible amount of dust in the room, I am very disgusted, I cannot recommend it to anyone.

Berlin is expensive, sure — but this hotel felt overpriced even for being far from the city center. Overall, very poor value for money.

The room was not very clean — there was dust everywhere, and we even found a used chewing gum stuck on the soap bottle in the shower, probably left by previous guests. The air conditioner didn’t work; it only made loud noises without actually heating the room.

The toilet area was extremely cramped. Although we’re both fit, it was still difficult to use comfortably. There was also no hairdryer in the room — you need to request one during the day and leave a €20 deposit. We only saw this written in the elevator; it should have been mentioned at check-in.

Also worth noting: after 10 PM, the reception is closed, and you can only reach someone by phone.

On the positive side, the area was very quiet and felt safe, and the bed was comfortable. But still, this was one of the worst price-performance experiences we’ve had.
