We enjoyed our stay here: very clean and well equipped; the kitchen has everything that you need for a short or a longer stay: fridge, washing machine and dishes washing machine, stove, microwave oven, pans and pots, plates and cutlery.
There is a smart tv with netflix and spotify apps, very easy to access and use. My favorite place is the bathroom (even though it does not have a bath tub) it has large mirrors (including a magnifying one) and RITUALS washing and lotion products.
It’s a tiny place but very good value for the money spent.

The claim of being ranked number one as a luxury hotel is false; it doesn't even meet the standards of a two-star hotel. There's no four-star lobby, just a busy public corridor. The passageway to the rooms is dark and maze-like, and the view from the window is of the German Rail station—noisy and unsafe. To be fair, the room facilities were acceptable, and it looked clean.

Small but perfectly formed, it's incredibly convenient and comfortable, and the location is fantastic—right next to the subway station.

I'm very satisfied with the hotel. There was no need for self-check-in; staff assisted me. The location is fantastic—perfect for getting to Kedewey and the city center. Ubahan is right downstairs, super convenient. I really love this hotel.

The room was very nice, with complete facilities, good cleanliness, and attentive service. Overall, it was a good hotel apartment. I will definitely come back next time I'm in Berlin.

Location: Quiet yet amidst the bustling city. The U-line subway station and bus stop are just a minute away, and Berlin's Brandenburg Gate is a ten-minute walk away. A shopping mall and supermarket are just a five-minute walk away.
Environment: The room was spacious and clean, and cooking facilities were available (pots, cutlery, seasonings, dishwasher, washing machine, and refrigerator all worked perfectly).
This is a fantastic hotel. I'll stay here again next time I visit Berlin.

Amazing apartment and very clean! Location is right next to a subway. Only thing to note is that there is no AC, the staff is really nice and got us fans.

My first complaint is that one male hotel staff treated me with a lot of suspicion and acted like I was an intruder while I was going up to my hotel room late at night. He demanded to see my hotel card. Would he have done that if I was white? Doubtful. He could not believe an Indian woman could afford to stay at this hotel perhaps. Unpleasant encounter. The room itself is extremely clean and neat. The washing machine's dryer function does not work, sadly. That's my second complaint. Otherwise, the location is very quiet and close to the U bahn and bus stops. Safe neighborhood and walking distance from 2-3 art museums. Just that the hotel needs to sensitise their staff to prevent racial profiling in the future.
