Really worth it for the price. It was pleasant staying here and it is very convenient.

The lady at the reception (Asian) was unfriendly and seemed to have no idea what she was doing. I spoke with her supervisor, and then the issues were resolved. For 10 minutes, there were no bread rolls at breakfast, and the staff seemed completely overwhelmed. However, the older cleaning lady on the 6th floor was very friendly and accommodating.

Very clean hotel with excellent room facilities. The staff was extremely friendly and also great with kids – we felt completely comfortable. Would definitely come again.

We liked the hotel! The rooms have very comfortable mattresses, you can fall asleep right away, the only thing missing in the rooms are slippers, a kettle with cups and a small fridge. The staff is friendly, they allowed us to leave our things after check-out until we went for a walk around the city, I recommend it!

and also! you will be shocked that here you can connect to the mirror in the bathroom from which music will be played from your phone! quite a good speaker, and you can also adjust the brightness of the light and turn on the heating of the mirror so that it does not fog up

Rooms are too small, they’re clean but not really equipped. No closets, tea or coffee inside the room. Substandard housekeeping. Good for short stays if you’re on budget but not the best choice for vacations. Location is good, but no parking. You leave the car in the street.

Wow, a pretty fancy hotel, very well equipped. And while not directly located next to a subway station or "S-Bahn" station, the Tiergarten is close and it takes you just two stops to get to Berlin Hauptbahnhof. There are two quite good Italian restaurants nearby. Not cheap (Marathon weekend), but I enjoyed the hotel.

Good service, can early check in, have photo taking area and is free of charge. If the showering area have door will be much more better.

Came here for work and I’ve been pleasantly surprised by the facility. The room was nice, I’ve been quickly helped and checked in by Antonio(wonderful service). The only downside is that the breakfast service is messy, they don’t clean rapidly the tables and the area is generally small compared to the amount of people they host.
