First I have to say the hotel facilities all very new, the bathroom, pillows and mattress all good quality. However the worst part is WiFi, although the hotel offers you free WiFi, but it can’t be connected at all, they tried to ask you pay extra €6 per day for upgrade services, it’s so annoying. The location is a bit far from the main attractions, you need take bus every day for another costs.

The hotel is within walking distance of many attractions. The rooms were all really clean and well maintained, as were all other areas in the hotel. Staff were really friendly and helpful. We were there for a short family break and had an amazing time. Would highly recommend the hotel for families. Lots of options for breakfast to suit everyone.

NOT A CRITICISM OF THE STAFF BUT:
Superior King Room -
1. Check-in was a bit of a cluster as there was 1 person checking in guests.
2. AirVent in the bathroom never turned off and kept running CONSTANTLY.
3. The room temp was inefficient
4. Every time I had a shower there was a sewerage smell that came from the drain in the shower.
5. MOULD in the shower
6. The lifts are still broken.
7. No iron or ironing board blah blah.
8. No hot water in the morning
There are many hotels around so I would make this hotel the last resort.

Great breakfast buffet, perfect location for conferences opposite and for a stroll in the park. Second time staying and will stay again every year.

I loved the hotel. Everything except for WiFi was 10/10. WiFi was so slow that resulted useless.
The breakfast had Plenty of options and all fresh. Coffee was good.
The location is very good. Near city centre and in front of tearpark for a walk.

This was a fine hotel but didn’t live up to the Pullman name for me.
The staff were attentive and friendly, the location was great and the bar/restaurant had lovely decor and atmosphere. And the bed was very comfy with great pillow options.
But there were a few issues with my room:
The wifi dropped out every 1-2 minutes
There was no main light which made it hard to see my suitcase
The shower wasn’t designed well; when you open the door it soaks the bathroom floor
And my room wasn’t in the main building. To get there I had to take an elevator to below the ground floor, walk past the spa and then take another elevator up to the right floor. It took 5 minutes to walk from my room to reception.
Also, the ‘hot’ food at the buffet breakfast was always cold.
Overall, the hotel was fine but these inconveniences shouldn’t be issues in a 4 star hotel of this price point.

I do not recommend this hotel. I would like to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your hotel. The coffee machine and kettle in my room were not working (no power). I believe that such amenities are a standard feature in a four-star hotel.
I reported this issue to the reception on Friday evening, and I was assured that someone would come to fix it the following day. Unfortunately, no one came during my entire three-day stay. As a result, I spent three days without the possibility of making a hot drink in my room.
When I mentioned this issue again during checkout, I did not even receive an apology.
I am deeply disappointed with both the service and the overall experience at your hotel.
I do not recommend this hotel.

Pullman Berlin location is easily accessible to any public transportation. It is next to Berlin zoo and our room has an overview of it. Cleanliness is spot on. Customer service is amazing. There's just a hiccup on booking our breakfast because there's a miscommunication between the reception desk and the reception staff in the breakfast area that we're not included on the list for two consecutive days. But overall, I highly recommend Pullman Berlin Schweizerhof to anyone who's planning a trip to Berlin.
