Had everything we needed, small and cozy place, very conveniently near bus stops and train station, just about 10mins walk away

We spent two nights here and were very pleased: great value for money, an excellent location just a few minutes from Potsdamer Platz with convenient connections, and the rooms – though simple – are very clean, functional, and well soundproofed. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked efficiently, and the staff, from check-in to check-out, were courteous, helpful, and quick. Clean common areas, stable Wi-Fi, and the option for a late arrival were also a plus.

Clean hotel near many sights and good transport link to the airport a 10 minute walk to potzdamerplatz station ,no tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms though

Okay. The heating was set very low and couldn't be turned up any higher. As a result, the room temperature was 15 degrees Celsius. A bit cold.

After I left my luggage with one staff member and was gone for only a minute, another staff member threw away the food I had left on the counter. When I asked about it，she said it was disgusting and offered no apology until I asked.
