Room was clean and location was convenient. Stayed for three days and had no problems. The staff were all helpful and polite. I’d say the only drawback was the bathroom could have been cleaner but it was no issue.

I arrived early morning. The reception said check in is not available before 15. I used this hotel several times and would like to say that they were used be very flexible. Even when I asked to borrow their coffee cup to drink a hot tea at the room. They refused saying that at my room our cup in not available, the reception also commented. So shocked that even a coffee cup are not available for all. Surely no thanks. I never come to use hotel anymore.

What stood out was the breakfast, so tasty and good, the staff were also very nice.
The room was ok, a few small things that they should take care of otherwise it will quickly become a 2 star hotel.

Room was spacious and clean. It met our needs, close to public transport and good for the price we paid.

Clean room, close to train and bus stops, 15 minutes from the city centre. Very close to shopping centres and restaurants.

It was further away from central Berlin than I would’ve liked but transport is very easy so that doesn’t impact my review. Im a tough critic too. I would absolutely stay there again.

Stayed 5 nights. Hotel in quiet street currently without through traffic as building work going on at the end of the road. Close to bus stop for 200 - we walked from main station through Tiergarden which took 45 minutes! Very close to Tiergarden (we heard nightingales) , 10 minutes from zoo. Room had microwave, kettle, fridge and stove, ask at reception if you needs plates or pots etc.. Reception closes at around 10.30pm, very helpful friendly guy. There is a lift. Didn't try cafe for breakfast as seemed pricey. There are a few tables and chairs out the front so can bring your own beer and sit outside of an evening. Enjoyed our stay, and bought travel tickets as it's about 30-40 minutes walk to Brandenberg Gate etc..

Worth every penny. Strategically located, room is newly renovated, breakfast is good,specially the coffee.

Good hotel. Set back from the road and one stop from the zoo and Tiergarten. The hotel is clean. Cleaning every day. Continental breakfast. The staff helped, explained how to get where. We arrived ahead of check-in time and there were no problems. Not expensive. I can recommend it.
