I don’t Ad for hotel I just explain my stay here
This is my second stay in this hotel when I visit Berlin very tidy and very very quiet area no noise of roads everything great breakfast 12€ per person ,for children is different low price breakfast times is different during week .
Everything good, you can go out in 24 hours reception time close during the night but you can use the key for to go out if you buy something from petrol station is 24 hours open

Stayed 4 nights, did only clean room once. No spare toilet paper in the room. Had to find spare once in the common bathroom downstairs after hours.
Room right above a lounge/cafe with a birthday on Saturday night. Loud music all night, impossible to sleep and no service onsite

Unfortunately a room facing the very noisy Pasewalker Strasse. I had asked in advance but received no reply. Otherwise quite okay. Just Berlin.

It's a bit far from downtown Berlin.

No parking
This hotel claimed they had parking, but they did not. They send you a message that says you have to reserve parking in advance, but when you ask to reserve it, they say they can’t. When you get there, there is no parking lot. You park on the street if you can find a spot.

Good value for price. Lacks toiletries and bathroom sink is badly designed.

We stayed there for a weekend trip and the hotel put us in a tiny room just above a “private venue room”. Party all night long, very loud and we couldn’t sleep. After 3pm you can’t reach anyone to complain. Very unfriendly men owner.
