The hotel is only a 2–3 minute walk from Charlottenburg Station, which makes it incredibly convenient for moving around the city. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help.
Honestly, we don’t understand why this hotel is rated only 3 stars it clearly deserves 5. The atmosphere was calm and pleasant, and every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations.

excellent location, infront of Charlottenburg train station. abundance of eating places around. Internet is a bit slow... elevators do not go on all floors, travelling light is something to look at.
However, the room was cold (November). The shower stall easily spilled.
Otherwise, everything is fine.
- On our third day, the door to our room was wide open when we came back in the evening, probably left open by housekeeping. First, the hotel manager didn't understand why this was an issue, and the day after, he offered us a 50 euro compensation only if we wrote a positive review.
- No air-conditioning, and it gets hot in Berlin during the summer.
- Quite good location, close to the U-bahn and several nice restaurants.
