Located in an extremely central location, just a one-minute walk from Berlin's luxury shopping street, Kurfürstendamm, Hotel Bristol offers a wide range of recreational facilities, including an indoor pool, sauna, and 24-hour fitness club, as well as a large conference space totaling 1,035 square meters and comprehensive business support systems

Hotel looks super fancy buuuuttt was not. First you have to pay a deposit of some. Reception didn't really give out any info about the pools, where is the breakfast etc

Pool area seemed fine buuuttt saunas and showers are mixed and you are suppose to be naked without swimsuit with random people

It’s been a lovely stay here. The rooms are big and you can’t hear any of the neighbors which is perfect. The duvet are a bit small but had a great time, the breakfast is great with lots of choice.

This luxury hotel combines tradition and functionality to provide the perfect environment for tourists, as well as for hosting international business events and executive stays

Great newly renovated hotel, kind attentive staff and great location

They have an indoor swimming pool, which is very pleasant if you come in the cold seasons. We went to one of the restaurants, beef 45, which was a bit pricey but delicious

We had a bit of bad luck with the room, with a broken window, sink and Jacuzzi, but everything was very quickly repaired or compensated

He was able to help us with all our unique needs. Melanie Skuras at the front desk was delightful and also very helpful in hours that Dan was not available

it was excellent things to you for getting our room changed. It was freezing, but ended up with nice room. That was nice and warm.

We stayed in the Business Premium Deluxe Room during Christmas, and it was large, extremely comfortable! The service was very good, especially the standards of cleaning, the spa, and the breakfast team

My only complaint is the whirl pool not working and being told by reception (not breakfast staff) that we were too late for breakfast at 11:45, when it said it was closing at 12:00

This made it hard to enjoy the meal. Next time, we will definitely stay at this hotel again, but we won’t include breakfast

Very convenient location near the train station Friedrichstraße. The river is scenic and nice for evening walk. Breakfast was good and yummy

I was super tired when I got here and was sort of clueless, and the woman at the front desk wasn't exactly tourist-friendly, but I guess that's typical for Berlin? But the people at checkout in the morning were really friendly, helpful, and patient

The hotel and room were excellent! Very clean, both the room and bathroom were spotless! The bed was very comfortable, and the hotel's location was perfect. Fresh, hot coffee was available every morning at the buffet

We booked the standard room and it was little small. But it clean and everything is working. They also have coffee and tea inside the room and a mini refrigerator. they have breakfast buffet for a price of 22 euro

Restaurants nearby, nice walking area, and safe. My room was like a little apartment and had everything I needed, including bottled water and delicious Nespresso coffee. It was some of the best coffee I've ever had

There was no jacuzzi, only a sauna and a hammam, and the hammam was out of service. The gym locker room lights stopped working after a certain time, and towels were unavailable later in the day

However, there were numerous issues that detracted from the experience: - Reservation Mix-Up: I had specifically requested two single beds instead of a double bed, but this was not reflected in the room assignment upon arrival

Had and amazing stay! Rooms are really nice, staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Location is not so nice, but it’s close to the big transport station, so it’s easy to get everywhere from there in 30 minutes

I recently stayed at nhow Berlin for three days and had an amazing experience. The hotel is modern, clean, and has a youthful vibe. My room was spacious and beautifully designed, making my stay incredibly comfortable

On another night the bar was closed for a private event, but they had noticed up so that you could plan elsewhere. And if you needed anything from the bar that night, the front staff assisted

However, the highlight of my stay was the exceptional service. The staff were all incredibly kind and helpful, especially Oscar, who went above and beyond to assist me with an early check-in

The staff is very attentive and friendly. The room was very spacious and everything was very cleaned and well taken care of. My favorite thing was the breakfast, they have plenty of things to choose from!

Nice hotel with high price performance ratio. The location is a little embracing that not so close to main landmarks in city centre, aber the public traffic around is convenient (bus142 and U-Bahn5/8)

Very clean and tidy. When I asked receptionist for a vessel for my flowers, she called immediately and another staff brought vessel with water in a few minutes. This was very helpful!

Really lovely hotel, friendly staff, great amenities and overall great value. Really close to transport links. The spa was a nice extra but could do with a little touch up.

Good and clean hotel. It has a lot of floors so if you are afraid of heights you might consider a room in a lower floor. The room is a bit warm on sunny days because of all the windows. The food is quite good

It's an affordable and clean hotel which is located in a quiet area across the zoo. You can easily access transportation from the hotel, and there is a u- Bahn station within 5 min walk

At noon and in the Evening there is always fresh roasted meat. Very to recommend also the ice cream :-) The animal Park is right next door. If you get a room in a upper floor with view to the street there is a nice view

For me everything is about location, this hotel is on the metro line 20 minutes from main train station, there is a supermarket nearby too. Rooms are spacious and clean. I don't need more from a hotel.

The only thing that needs to be taken care of is cleaning quality, especially to the bathroom. I would choose again to stay there if I return to Berlin soon. The rooms are vast and they have a desk for you to work

We had a family room. It was large with a great view. Workspace and soft chairs made the room very versatile. We really appreciated the variety of the breakfast too.

The only minor issue was finding a bit of trash under the table on our check-in day, but the front desk was fantastic and quickly resolved the problem. Thumbs up for them! 👍 All in all, it was a wonderful experience!

The location is super convenient; bus 248 is right outside, and it's just a 2-minute walk to the U2 Spittelmarkt station. Taxis are always available downstairs, and there are plenty of supermarkets nearby

The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient to get anywhere. The rooms are spacious enough and the facilities are quite new. The breakfast offers a rich variety and tastes great.

If you're visiting Berlin, it's also very close to the main attractions. We went around Christmas, and the hotel atmosphere was lovely

Luxurious hotel in a very good location. Swimming pool is beautiful but bit too small. Breakfast was quite nice that you can see the details of hotel level. When I checked in Ms. Lorenz was very kind

The room was incredibly spacious and truly luxurious — I absolutely loved it. Breakfast was high-quality with a great selection, and once again the service was outstanding. I could not have expected more from my stay

The only thing I would change is that they need the ability to use a digital key, the current key system has issues. During our 4 night stay we had to visit the front desk 3 times to have our keys reset

The ‘front’ of the hotel is actually on the other side of the building than you’d expect - I. from the local tram stop, the entrance is on the opposite side than the one facing you

However, I’m unsure if we’ve arrived in an ‘offseason’ but everywhere is unnervingly quiet. There are certainly guests, and certainly staff - but we’ve seen next to zero

On the whole zero complaints about the hotel itself. The complex is gigantic and much larger than expected, and as such, made finding reception quite difficult

The complex is huge, but the restaurant sells the ice cubes (???), guess is not part of the hotel. It is a lit bit far from the city, but the quality of the room and toilet was great

AC working perfectly as was quite hot weather. Staff was professional and polite. Toiletries were quite good as well and we manage to have a great stay there

Nice big rooms, our room had a bath shower, they don’t offer kettles on the room or coffee and teas. No ammenities except shower gel and handwash. Had a nice decent tv and chairs in the room too

Wonderful location, 2 minute-walking distance to train station and bus stops, nice restaurants around. Extra bed in the room is great and makes you feel more comfortable when you stay with your friend

Very good location easy access to Alexander Platz by U2 underground and airport.

The room was very clean and the three beds were all very comfortable — just the right level of firmness for a good night’s sleep

The overall environment was quiet and tidy, great for families or friends traveling together. The only downside was that there was no heating, so it got a bit cold at night

The hotel is family friendly (kids eat for free breakfast) and the location is near to nice restaurant and mall. Only thing is there is no laundry service during weekends and the washsalon is about 2 miles away

We recently had a wonderful stay at the Novotel Berlin Mitte. The location, right on the Museumsinsel, was perfect for exploring the city's rich history and culture

The beds were really comfy and the shower was really powerful and hot! All the staff were lovely and very helpful. Had a delicious breakfast there as well

I had stayed at the hotel with two of my friends for a girls city break, the hotel was in the best location for everything

Very simple and simply furnished room, not necessarily in the style of a 4-star hotel, but spacious. The lobby and breakfast options were excellent; there's a pool table, foosball, and board games available.

Very clean and comfortable room although they put us next to the cleaners cupboard which meant lots of loud banging from 8. 30am daily and loads of trolleys parked outside our bedroom at all times

Decent buffet breakfast but also other places nearby where you can get cheaper deals if you’re on a budget. Would stay again if they gave us a better located room

Buuuut the front desk staff were beyond amazing and helped us immensely. Sauna access is also incredible for tired exploring feet!

Great location, next to train station. Big room, comfy bed, good shower room. Many eateries nearby, including one mart selling mostly korea products.

Location was fantastic, right in the city centre. The rooms are newly furnished and clean. The staff are friendly and we had a very pleasant stay.

The location is excellent, convenient for getting around. It's near Berlin Friedrichstrabe station; exit at Ausgang Friesrichstabe, cross the street and turn left onto the small alley (next to the Block House restaurant)

Had a group of 4 who constantly used the trains around Berlin so it was a perfect place to stay. Rooms were nice and beds were comfy, but there were no real pillows unfortunately

Shower and bathroom was poor condition, some rooms have showers on the floor and others in actual glass. Bed had small curly hairs in it. Got the sheets changed immediately,pillows were lumpy

Beds weren't comfortable, staff refused to provide more four pillows to the four of us, they said that against the policy which was weired But overall accommodation was pleasant

excellent location for train station and quiet but not in the hussel and bussel of the city which I must say I would stay nearer, but that’s my opinion and I would definitely use MEININGER such a great chain, rooms staff costs great value

I was in this hotel in April 2024. Hotel is just right next to the Berlin main train station. Hotel rooms are comfortable and value for money. Hotel not allowed early chcek in even if there rooms are available

Superb hotel, plenty of room for 3 adults in a room, which was very clean and well presented. 10-15 mini walk to the zoo past some lovely restaurants and close to a busy shopping centre

We stayed at this hotel in Berlin for five days, and while my daughter unfortunately got sick during our trip, the staff was incredibly kind and supportive

Nice small bar where you can get some easy snacks and drinks. Also don't forget to checkout their coffee☕️ machine! I have never drink such delicious coffee with my breakfast! This hotel is an ideal place to travel

Very nicely done hotel. Very hip and modern design. Basic amenities thou its by hyatt. But the service and standard is definitely hyatt standard. Nearby train station and many hip areas nearby. Highly recommended

Great for a couples weekend away, well located on the east side of Berlin with cool bars and markets nearby and easy access to the city Centre via a five minute bike ride or one stop on the tube

The only couple of downsides are that there are steps in front of the elevator, and it was hard and inconvenient to lift a large suitcase when checking out because I was still feeling unwell and couldn't carry heavy things

I have chosen a two bed room and got a very spacious room, very well equipped, comfortable and clean. The hotel staff was very kind and helpful

Being Italian I found to be particularly poor the quality of the food offered in the self service restaurant of the hotel

2 out of 3 beds were bad. There were missing sockets.

The hotel staff is very polite and helpful. Big clean rooms and quiet enough to rest. Fairly priced and with easy access to S & U. I just wish there where more wall sockets in the room.

Room was great, big, quiet, comfortable and clear. Bathroom also fine. Staff are nice and friendly. Only the location is a bit far but the price is low, so, still a good experience.

As i found out at checkout You can get a different pillow, just ask You can get a double quilt. Only complaint was that i had to check out! Looking forward to next visit and would stay there again

Stayed 2 nights going to the snooker extravaganza in the Tempodrom. Ideal location for the Tempodrom and right beside the metro. Hotel is clean, spacious and rooms are good

Great location Very nice central location and I like that they have proper blinds (electrical) so you can keep out the morning sun.

A lovely wellness area is a nice bonus. Highly recommended for both business and leisure stays!

Overall, the stay was good. The only issue we had was with the ventilation. It seemed like the air conditioner was not working properly because the room felt warm. Otherwise the location was great.
