The staff is very attentive and friendly. The room was very spacious and everything was very cleaned and well taken care of. My favorite thing was the breakfast, they have plenty of things to choose from!

Really lovely hotel, friendly staff, great amenities and overall great value. Really close to transport links. The spa was a nice extra but could do with a little touch up.

It's close to a tram stop where you can transfer to a train or light rail. There are many supermarkets nearby, and it's about 2 kilometers from Alexanderplatz, so transportation is quite convenient

Most staff members very helpful and nice. Beds were very stiff, but got a mattress topper upon request. Only thing I thought was unpleasant is that upon arrival we came to the desk to check in

It takes about 45 minutes to get to the airport

The room housed four people, and surprisingly, there were two bathrooms, though both offered little privacy as they were made of transparent glass. However, this made them much more convenient to use

The regular beds were comfortable, but the sofa bed was not very comfortable—too soft and with indentations

For such a modern hotel the TV is not smart, and is very archaic like going back 20 years ago

I’ve stayed here several times in the last 10 years. Great hotel. Central location. Easy transport. Great AC in the summer. Big powerful showers. Great cleaning staff. No key needed for elevator.

The location is relatively quiet, being a bit far from bustling shopping areas. Transportation is convenient, with easy access to the subway and buses to popular attractions

Had a group of 4 who constantly used the trains around Berlin so it was a perfect place to stay. Rooms were nice and beds were comfy, but there were no real pillows unfortunately

Shower and bathroom was poor condition, some rooms have showers on the floor and others in actual glass. Bed had small curly hairs in it. Got the sheets changed immediately,pillows were lumpy

Beds weren't comfortable, staff refused to provide more four pillows to the four of us, they said that against the policy which was weired But overall accommodation was pleasant

excellent location for train station and quiet but not in the hussel and bussel of the city which I must say I would stay nearer, but that’s my opinion and I would definitely use MEININGER such a great chain, rooms staff costs great value

I was in this hotel in April 2024. Hotel is just right next to the Berlin main train station. Hotel rooms are comfortable and value for money. Hotel not allowed early chcek in even if there rooms are available

Luxurious hotel in a very good location. Swimming pool is beautiful but bit too small. Breakfast was quite nice that you can see the details of hotel level. When I checked in Ms. Lorenz was very kind

The room was incredibly spacious and truly luxurious — I absolutely loved it. Breakfast was high-quality with a great selection, and once again the service was outstanding. I could not have expected more from my stay

The only thing I would change is that they need the ability to use a digital key, the current key system has issues. During our 4 night stay we had to visit the front desk 3 times to have our keys reset

This was a fantastic hotel in a perfect central location. The staff throughout the entire property were attentive, professional, and genuinely dedicated to providing excellent service

Staff was friendly, room was lovely with an outstanding view. Love that the windows in our room fully opened. Breakfast was delicious I loved the Egg Berlin every morning

The ‘front’ of the hotel is actually on the other side of the building than you’d expect - I. from the local tram stop, the entrance is on the opposite side than the one facing you

However, I’m unsure if we’ve arrived in an ‘offseason’ but everywhere is unnervingly quiet. There are certainly guests, and certainly staff - but we’ve seen next to zero

On the whole zero complaints about the hotel itself. The complex is gigantic and much larger than expected, and as such, made finding reception quite difficult

The complex is huge, but the restaurant sells the ice cubes (???), guess is not part of the hotel. It is a lit bit far from the city, but the quality of the room and toilet was great

AC working perfectly as was quite hot weather. Staff was professional and polite. Toiletries were quite good as well and we manage to have a great stay there

Nice big rooms, our room had a bath shower, they don’t offer kettles on the room or coffee and teas. No ammenities except shower gel and handwash. Had a nice decent tv and chairs in the room too

On another night the bar was closed for a private event, but they had noticed up so that you could plan elsewhere. And if you needed anything from the bar that night, the front staff assisted

It’s a shame because we did enjoy our stay to some extent, but the lack of attention to detail was disappointing. If I return to Berlin, I won’t rule out staying here again, but I’ll definitely check other options first

Close to East West Gallery and Warschauer Strasse train station, and LIDL, for picking up some extra items. The bar was nice, with live entertainment one night

There was no jacuzzi, only a sauna and a hammam, and the hammam was out of service. The gym locker room lights stopped working after a certain time, and towels were unavailable later in the day

The hotel is excellent and very considerate!

I recently stayed at nhow Berlin for three days and had an amazing experience. The hotel is modern, clean, and has a youthful vibe. My room was spacious and beautifully designed, making my stay incredibly comfortable

5 STAR, BIG Room, Gym is good. Breakfast buffet is okay. classic accor standard, we went in Christmas time and Christmas markets are everywhere.

Very central location, close to Gendarmenmarkt. Stylish decor and very attentive service. We missed a bidet in the bathroom though.

Very simple and simply furnished room, not necessarily in the style of a 4-star hotel, but spacious. The lobby and breakfast options were excellent; there's a pool table, foosball, and board games available.

This hotel is located right opposite Berlin Central Station, which is an excellent location! It's also very convenient for getting around, with both S-Bahn and U-Bahn stations nearby

Major attractions like the Reichstag and Brandenburg Gate are also within walking distance. The staff are lovely, the rooms are spacious, and the soundproofing is great, making it very quiet

It’s located perfectly near Hbf and parliament. Easy to walk to the important touristic attractions. We can come back.

5 min away from the central train station - easy to get to anywhere out of the town of within the city center.

The room is very spacious, love the design, and has the heated floor. The breakfast has so many various items. The location is great, nearby the station, comfortable when you are travelling by train

Hotel is really good, clean and everything is fine here. Only thing - it is near metro and trains are very loud. You can hear them all night, as the windows are not really soundproof.

The rooms are spacious and well equipped, big bed and a big, modern, shower. The staff are very nice but perhaps a bit less helpful than expected from a five star hotel. They don’t help you luggage up to the room

In the checkout from a very satisfying trip, the manager waived our parking charge saying “you were nice to our staff it’s free“ This tells me the care we felt started at the top to have clearly established a culture of excellent hospitality

The pool, Spa and Gym were so good. Staff friendly and the receptionists who checked me in and out were friendly, along with all the staff at the hotel and Spa. The cafe on site was an absolute bonus

When I asked to add breakfast, they only said that I could go directly to the restaurant to settle the bill after check-out, 36€ per person. As a result, I ate two meals but was charged for four meals, totaling 344€

After several email negotiations, they agreed to settle the bill according to the restaurant registration and refunded 144€. I don't understand how this bill was calculated

You can walk to anywhere in a few minutes, the subway and bus are 5 minutes away, and the night market is also 5 minutes away

This was the greatest property I've ever stayed at in Europe. The service is absolutely superb. I cannot recall her name, but the young woman who checked us in at the Front Desk truly set the tone for a fantastic stay

Grand Hyatt Berlin is well located in the city, easily accessible to the well known tourists area and scenery. The hotel service is excellent and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Rooms are spotless, comfortable and efficient, however its probably not terribly family orientated as the spotless white walls might prove too tempting to children!

It's a little spare and small in the rooms but the breakfast (free) is fantastic and they'll store your bag for you if you arrive too early

Renovated and modernized, while keeping the old jazzy style. Named after Duke Ellington - featuring a Jazz Radio station and live Jazz in the evenings. Room was not too spacious but comfortable

Hotel is perfectly located, can easily walk or use all sorts of public transport to move around the city. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Rooms are exactly the size and has facilities as advertised

This was the perfect hotel for our stay in Berlin. Immediately across the street from the main train station was so convenient for getting out and exploring, and a very easy walk to the Reichstag and Brandenburg Gate

We got the suite, so definitely plenty of space, lots of storage. Had the best sleep, bed was super comfortable. Tap water is perfectly fine for drinking. A lot of restaurants and eateries just outside the door

So cross the "Invalidenstrasse" at the right side traffic light (straight from the exit of the train station) turn right, and the hotel entrance is on the right side of that building, from the "Heidestraße"

After transformation, the two beds are close to each other with only 5 inches at the middle. And mattress falls at the long side if you try to move the beds a bit further away from each other

Hotel is at the same building with ibis and another hotel. The room we booked is comfort twin. Spacious one but the two beds is transformed from a double bed

The iron place isn't suitable at all in the corridor near the elevator if it is in a room for it or they send it to your room as in other hotels will be more decent. Hot water is not always found in the shower

First, when I checked in, the receptionist didn't welcome us, he asked for the reservation and gave me the room key that was all

These things I didn't like and the rest was good. Overall rating: 3 stars worth no more

Overall, the stay was good. The only issue we had was with the ventilation. It seemed like the air conditioner was not working properly because the room felt warm. Otherwise the location was great.

Fabulous hotel in central location near the Potsdamer Platz. The hotel was recommended to me by a friend of mine and did not disappoint. Lovely rooms with great views. Excellent breakfast and nice restaurants.

I travel often and usually end up saying I miss my own bed at home — but not here! The bed, pillows, and blanket were honestly the most comfortable I’ve ever experienced

My partner and I stayed in one of their executive suites overlooking Potsdamer Platz, which had an incredible view of the city and the TV Tower

I even considered calling to ask what brand they use so I could recreate the same comfort at home :) Thank you very much!

Wonderful location, 2 minute-walking distance to train station and bus stops, nice restaurants around. Extra bed in the room is great and makes you feel more comfortable when you stay with your friend

Very good location easy access to Alexander Platz by U2 underground and airport.

The room was very clean and the three beds were all very comfortable — just the right level of firmness for a good night’s sleep

The overall environment was quiet and tidy, great for families or friends traveling together. The only downside was that there was no heating, so it got a bit cold at night

We were pleasantly surprised by an upgrade upon check in and the room was lovely. Toilet has heated flooring, which was welcome during the cold week we visited. However, the room had features which were baffling

There were no instructions on how to use it and only when I went down to ask, we were told to call 171 for reception. That’s a strange number! We couldn’t get the thermostat to work

She asked me to press the buttons which I said I had. She told me I needed to turn it on. Then she did something which I was not prepared for: she shrugged and left it at that

There was a control for the bed to specify the firmness preference but it did not seem to be working. We never got to try it during our 5 nights there

The aircon was resolved two days later when I approached another staff member who asked maintenance to check on it

I went to Germany on a business trip and booked this hotel. The hotel has an elegant environment, good service, and a good breakfast

There is a church across the street, and the surrounding area is the most prosperous and beautiful area in Berlin
