The hotel was very quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, with an open buffet and a wide range of choices

A very respectful team. We were very satisfied. Next time we visit, we'll definitely go to Lindemann's again.

The room is very big, especially the toilet. The shower room is also very large. It is convenient for washing your hair. There is a free coffee machine available from 1 to 9 pm

Everything was good, except the clothes hangers were bad; they caused clothes to fade black when drying, and you couldn't hang wet clothes on them

The staff were polite and helpful, they even held a room for me in case I couldn't leave because of the airport strikes

Well, as always, I am very satisfied with the hotel, the only thing is that the breakfast is just too expensive and the room was okay so far, only the bathroom was too narrow, otherwise I was satisfied with everything

99% a very pleasant, enjoyable and satisfying stay. My only negative was: 1 of the 2 lifts being out of service. And, having to walk up 10 steps to reach the reception desk

The bed was comfortable, the rooms was very well maintained and spotlessly clean and the air conditioning was very efficient. I cannot fault my stay there and for sure the next time I'm in Berlin I will stay there again

The area was quiet and there were lots of bus stops and S-Bahn and U-Bahn stations nearby, as well as plenty of shopping opportunities

24/7 reception for a three Star place! So is the lobby bar! Breakfast on with fruit, continental and English. Grassmann Hotel Coffee as you know it. Very helpful personnel, clean rooms, I had a relaxed sleep.

Accessibility to the public very well. Location very quiet and green. Breakfast, Saturday until 9:30 PM. In most of the Hotels that we know of is on the weekend, Breakfast is served until 11:00

It's set on the edge of a wooded area so it was quite tranquil to sit in the room just looking out watching the world go by. Food was excellent, the bathroom was modern and more importantly clean

Easyjet booked me into this hotel after my flight was cancelled. I don't really know how to explain this place. Room was weirdly decorated, the bathroom was lovely and spotlessly clean

There was a gym with the same tartan patterned carpet which I thought was a little weird too, the bar area looked like it was something from 1930's Germany! But Peer, the barman was great although rushed off his feet! Also made a new mate as he was in the same predicament as me

There are a couple of things to note though, the first is that you are close to the one of Berlin's airports, which does mean some aircraft noise of you have the windows open, the second is that there is also a railway close by, so again if you have the windows open there is some noise as the trains pass

We just sat at the bar chatting rubbish all night and getting smashed. So my stay was actually quite fun

Well until my second flight got cancelled and had to travel the Hamburg to fly home with a hangover wasn't great but still had a good laugh!! Would I stay again? Only if Easyjet put me in this again if my flight gets cancelled again!

Bus stop (line 100, which goes through almost all the major points of interest in Berlin) right outside the hotel - and 500 metres from an underground station, whose lines also go through the city centre and connect with suburban train lines to the airport

Fantastic breakfast delicious scrambled eggs crispy bacon and finally a well set and stocked buffet for all tasts enjoyed would give 5* to breakfast chefs they nailed a good tasty well presented buffet Room spacious comfortable and clean to good standard desk staff very helpful and patient

Nice clean rooms, great location if you need to be close to embassies. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic and we'll worth having. Will definitely stay at Hotel Sylter again.

Upon arrival we were welcomed by the receptionist Mrs Phoung. We arrived early, but she gave us immediately a very nice room even it was before check in time. The rest of our stay was perfect

to get 100 bus near hotel or tube 2 blocks down directly to Alexander plaz so well positioned also a Netto across road for little food shop if you have a suit with kitchen

The hotel itself is in an old high-rise building from the GDR era and certainly belongs in the low-cost category. Apart from a broken TV and a broken shower, the cleanliness was impressive

My experience at this hotel was not the best. One of the most frustrating things was that whenever I needed something, I had to go down to the service desk myself

The room was missing toothpaste and a towel, and even after requesting them, they were not delivered upstairs. I also noticed that the blanket had a small hole

Excellent place to watch the Berlin Marathon! Very comfortable beds and quiet yet close to public transportation as well as easy walks to many historical sights.

The hotel room was clean, looked recently renovated. Stable wifi. Nearby is a good supply of restaurants and stores. Two major subway/underground/metro stations nearby.

In my room found that shower holder was broken, mould on a windows, and a bit dirty walls (require painting). When I was checkin-out, told this issues to reception, and they thanked me for notice

Stayed 4 nights for Christmas Markets. Room was clean, breakfast was basic but enough choice. No tea or coffee making facility in room

the room was clean and well presented but the bathroom was in need of an upgrade, mouldy walls above shower and shower plug was blocked and the bathroom had a sewage smell to it. Door was a little hard to unlock with key

We thought the place was good value. Not perfect but mostly comfortable. It was a shame our room was so warm, but it was manageable. Very friendly service and convenient for eating out, and transport.

My husband and I stayed in this delightful hotel last year. The location was wonderful with the U Bahn right outside the door and nice cafes and restaurants within walking distance in the pedestrian-only street

The only criticism would be that the hotel was three floors up without a lift or assistance with luggage

I like the hotel's balcony, which overlooks the children's playground downstairs, and I can hang clothes to dry in the evening. There are some supermarkets nearby, which is convenient, and it's relatively quiet at night

Great location to parks, the botanic garden, multiple food options and shopping. The room was lovely with a nice sized bathroom, large windows and a great balcony. Breakfast was additional but a great option.

Very useful! Location is good as well I was there in September for EPSC 2024 and was 10 minutes from the university, 10 minutes from central Berlin and around 30 minutes from the airport! Highly recommend!

I travels to Berlin to see and meet Marilyn Manson. I’m disabled (legs, ms and travel with scooter. The hotel staff put a ramp for my whole visit. They have wheelchair elevator at the entrance

It's clean enough and it is right next to the U8 line which will take you down to the main areas in Alexanderplatz. Local area maybe a little bit too outside of the city zone for some people.

Stayed here for a week on my first visit to Berlin. Pros: - Very clean - Good location in Mitte, with restaurants, public transport, etc

We stayed over Xmas as a family of 4 (2 adults and daughters 22 & 14). We book 2 rooms and on arrival one of our rooms received a free room upgrade. We booked with breakfast each day and this was decent and self service

Food was good quality with the usual continental options. Staff were very friendly and all spoke fantastic English. Rooms were very spacious and were well kept. The location was great as a base for exploring Berlin

The restaurant food is wonderful- breakfast buffet includes European and American-style food. Flatbread pizza was a great appetizer or meal and the bar though small was full serve always
