The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful and the two free beers a day were an added bonus! Breakfast always had a great variety of options like scrambled eggs, different cheeses to select, sausages, fresh fruit and veggies, yogurt and great coffee/tea options

Very nice Biergarten on property. It’s a little out of the way of Berlin marathon start and finish line which is why I traveled to Berlin but about a 30 minute uber ride or accessible easily by public transportation

This hotel exceeded expectations, really nice vibe, only 25 minutes on the nearby tram to alexanderplatz. Perfect location near the lake which was a lovely walk to after a delicious breakfast

I was out there for the Berlin marathon with my family and while it wasn’t right near the hustle and bustle of the finish line area, I was more impressed by the quiet, clean family neighborhood, space, dining facilities and overall amenities and service

Very nice hotel walkable to the tram. I was visiting for the marathon and though the location was farther from downtown, it was easy to take the trams and trains everywhere. My room was very spacious and quiet.

The shower head wasn’t working but we were fine with the bath function and alerted reception which took a note of it the following day so it didn’t really bother us as everything else was spectacular

There was no need to go to the reception to use the safety box and there was a range of toiletries in the room that you rarely find in other hotels

Booked this room with a friend, we requested separate beds and received a room like that. Clean but a little small. Gym was okay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Best Western Plus Plaza Berlin Kurfürstendamm, and I must say, it was a fantastic base for exploring all that Berlin has to offer! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the quiet yet well-appointed room, complete with a kettle and fridge, which made it feel like a home away from home

They graciously allowed me into my room early and even surprised me with a complimentary upgrade, which was much appreciated. I am already looking forward to my next stay at this wonderful hotel

This hotel is up to the mark. The room is very spacious, has pleasant design, everything's quite clean, air conditioner works properly, wifi is fine, the bed is comfortable, great blackout drapes.

But we did have a cold two nights as housekeeping had left the window open after they made up the room on both cold days (it was about 2 degrees Celsius when we returned on both days) I eventually had to go down to reception (I didn’t know how to work the telephone yet) and informed the manager on duty, Tina

We were pleasantly surprised by an upgrade upon check in and the room was lovely. Toilet has heated flooring, which was welcome during the cold week we visited. However, the room had features which were baffling

There were no instructions on how to use it and only when I went down to ask, we were told to call 171 for reception. That’s a strange number! We couldn’t get the thermostat to work

She asked me to press the buttons which I said I had. She told me I needed to turn it on. Then she did something which I was not prepared for: she shrugged and left it at that

There was a control for the bed to specify the firmness preference but it did not seem to be working. We never got to try it during our 5 nights there

The aircon was resolved two days later when I approached another staff member who asked maintenance to check on it

I went to Germany on a business trip and booked this hotel. The hotel has an elegant environment, good service, and a good breakfast

There is a church across the street, and the surrounding area is the most prosperous and beautiful area in Berlin

We didn’t enjoy the breakfast and thought it was overpriced though dinner in the restaurant was wonderful and my coffee bar was not refilled all the days of my stay

The property is beautiful, it has an amazing gym, pool and spa and the area is fantastic.

The rooms are spacious, well-decorated, and have fragrant linens! The cleanliness is a highlight; everything is impeccable, fragrant, and welcoming. I felt cared for the entire time

From the thoughtful welcome gifts to the perfectly tailored child-friendly amenities in our room, the attention to detail was simply outstanding. We felt genuinely cared for from the moment we arrived

But what truly made our experience unforgettable was the incredibly warm and professional team. Every single staff member went above and beyond, especially for our children

The only thing which I didn´t like- they block deposit in amount of 75 Euro on the day of arrival - it´s quite strange and it also wasn´t explained properly on reception- I should have written to their email to understand, what is going on

The biggest attraction for us were the huge standard rooms, which come with a spacious seating area including couch. Excellent location, extremely attentive staff, exceptionally clean

Of course it’s not in the city center but it’s a good option because it’s not too far away using public transportation

Really enjoyed my stay at NH. Richard their staff was very kind and helpful. I will visit them again. They are very close to a train station. Plenty of restaurants around and shopping street is right across.

It was a lovely hotel in a quiet neighborhood. However, the building across the hotel ia doing construction and they started working as early as 6. We tried to get a late check out to 1PM but told that it wasn't free

Short city break Clean, well located hotel. Main pool and spa were closed for refurbishment during our brief stay but wasn't reason for visit it was proximity to event we were attending at zitadelle

Beautiful hotel with a large indoor pool. The hotel was beautifully decorated for the pre-Christmas period. Delicious, large, varied breakfast buffet. I can only recommend this hotel.

Excellent for family weekend We had an excellent stay in Alt Spandau, which has nice pools. Good for a family weekend with kids.

Our room was not cleaned, I called the Receptionist and requested our room to be cleaned since we needed new Towels for the Spa, nothing happened, I even informed the front Dest while leaving for the room to be cleaned, came back late at night and the room was not cleaned

The room is good, the service is OK, but it is a bit busy when there are many people. The location is also convenient. Overall, it is still a place worth staying. It would be better if the price could be cheaper.

The bed is very comfortable, the room is large, the decoration is good (there is even a crystal chandelier), the breakfast is rich and delicious, and the waiter will come to care, remind you to pick up the last meal, and even chat during breakfast

The hotel should be located in the former location of West Berlin. The environment and atmosphere are quite good in comparison

It's an unashamedly middle market hotel close to Zoo station. The rooms are clean and have air-conditioning (handy during the recent, 33°C, heatwave)

Cristal clean, nicely decorated, very friendly persona. The hotel gives the feeling of a more expensive one and looks like it is fresh renovated. We got a room upgrade to an executive room and we loved it

I’ve stayed at Park Plaza Berlin twice, and every time I visit Berlin, I make sure to book here. The hotel is super clean, the staff are friendly and welcoming, and the area is quiet yet very convenient

The only thing I didn't like was the lack of an outlet/power socket next to the bed in the room where I stayed. Perhaps other rooms have outlets on both sides of the bed

The hotel is close to the S-Bahn (suburban train), shops, and sights/places to visit. The staff is very professional, kind, and smiling

However after staying here I can definitely say that I fully enjoyed my stay and have no complaints. Location: Excellent! The hotel is just off the main shopping street and has good access to transportation

There are shops, grocery stores and resturants in walking distance. Building: Yes it is an older building but it is well maintained. Sure it could use a few updates but there was nothing that I found wrong

Hosts were uniquely friendly and positive. The location was very very good - the center of the city. Just one recommendation is to eat earlier to take a good place outside of the building on the fresh air

The exterior and interior were antique, and the room was very clean and seemed to have been newly remodeled! The bed was very comfortable and nice. The reception staff were very friendly.

Great hotel! Location is perfect, close to 2 ubahn stations. Easy to get around! There's also a little grocery store very close to grab supplies

We asked for a topper and the reception said he'd check with housekeeping but nothing was changed. Essentially ended up sleeping seperatley for 3 nights which was disappointing, especially considering the price we paid

When you walk in the decor is grand and the look and feel of the lobby and dining area made it seem elegant. But the rooms were the real truth behind this facade. The room was in a state of disrepair

The third bed in the family room was a fold up bed but as it was on wheels on a laminate floor this had a tendency to move. The room however was reasonably sized and had a safe and a fridge

I'm afraid I wouldn't book here again. It is ashame as I was going to book a Premier Inn and only chose this as it appeared better than what Premier Inn offered at a similar price

The 500ml complimentary water was an oddity, why one bottle for a family room for 3? Either give nothing or give at least 2. No room service for a 2 night stay

Just got back from our stay here. Great hotel, air-con wasn’t great considering the heatwave but where in Europe is there great air-con. Had a view over the river which was great. Would stay again.

The Hotel is very well situated in a quite area but also not far from sightseeing side's and Underground station's

The suite is quite standard and comfortable. There are several restaurants next to it, the food is good. It is very close to Museum Island. I walked all the way to visit the museums on Museum Island.

One issue we did have is that we were given an adjoining room that was locked from the other side. It was explained to us that only the hotel staff could open it, but it did feel strange until they explained

Beautiful hotel with many facilities. Centrally located and well connected, either on foot or with several metro lines within 10 minutes.

Marlen at the front desk was phenomenal! She remembered us in our short stay and when we had an issue with the shower draining she promptly moved us to a new room! She made the experience awesome! She is what every employer wants in their staff!

I recommend downloading the BVG app — it makes buying tickets super easy. Breakfast is simple but good. The Wi-Fi had some interruptions at night. The linens, including the towels, are excellent

Its much better than the mainstream hostels you find in the middle of the city!!! Most of all the people that work there give me family Vibes and very good advice for any situation im in!!! Oh and the rooms have plugs with USB at every bed so you can charge all your devices at once!!!

The hotel’s café is a nice bonus — they serve fresh espressos, cappuccinos, and macchiatos right at the bar with a proper machine. The best part is the hotel’s interior design — stylish and creative throughout

Stylish, Well-Located, and Comfortable Stay My stay at Big Mama Berlin was great. The hotel is just a 10-minute walk from Osloer Str. Metro Station, which connects easily to Alexanderplatz and the city center

Good hotel choice for the price. Close to a bakery for morning snacks. Great drinks in their bar. Marlen was very friendly and remembered us and the drinks we ordered. Good value for the price paid.

Very nice hotel, the rooms were spacious and very clean. Breakfast was good, staff are very attentive and friendly, ready to help when requested. I was in and used the fitness room, swimming pool and sauna

3 Stops from Berlin Zoologisher garden where you can connect to both S Bahn and U bahn. Staff is very friendly and always willingly to assist.

They are all very small, so it's a problem if there are more than 6/7 people at once, other than that, they are ok. The sauna and steam bath have working hours but I think you can request them to work off schedule

It advertised the hotel as having a pool, but when I arrived it said the pool was unavailable. They did not seem interested in offering any compensation or alternative facilities

My particular room was the nicest room I’ve ever stayed in. It was luxurious and budget friendly. The view was beautiful especially at sunset. No room service after breakfast time though, which is weird

It was easy to access from tram station, nice staffs. We have to use stairs from 7 to 8 floor, it can be hard. Guest kitchen was honestly messy and not clean, but it is the hostel

There was hair dryer, shower, there were everything that I needed

I stayed there myself in a 4 bed dormitory room. It was an excellent room and I liked the service. But it is better to have a socket near the bed for charging

They have two usb charging ports near every beds but it is better to have a c port or a charging socket. Especially the staffs are always helpful

This place is quite good!! I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious room and bathroom. I really liked staying here mainly for two reasons: being able to workout at the gym and for the included breakfast

Ideal location for any traveller who wants to stay in Berlin. The room was big, the bed was comfortable and there was no noise. The staff were great, we stashed our backpacks on the last day

The gym only has some cardio machines and some dumbbells, but it's enough to get a nice workout. The breakfast exceeded my expectations, it was simply delicious!

Room was nice, pretty modern and nice an clean. Food was okay, not 5 start dining experience but was good enough to get the day started

I recommend going one street over food food and drinks as there is a wide selection to choose from

The entrance doors were destroyed, and breakfast was 20(!) euro's per person per night. Location is great for people coming by car as it has free parking, and a U-bahn station right outside

The location is great — the center of Berlin is within walking distance. The rooms are small but have everything you need. There’s a kettle with tea and coffee, and two bottles of water are provided every day

The hotel also has an underground garage, which is very convenient. The “spa area” can’t really be called a spa: only two loungers, a very small room, and a sauna for about five people

Our second stay at this hotel, and once again it felt wonderfully homey rather than like a typical cold hotel. The room was great and the staff very welcoming

I was just bringing friends to the hotel a few weeks ago. The staff at reception and Alexandra at the hotel bar were absolutely fantastic. The Cocktail of the month in October was worth every penny!

It had an iron and hairdryer-which are essentials for me🤣 It’s in a great spot with restaurants and cafes only a few minutes walk. It’s only a 15 minute walk to Alexander Platz!

Renovated and modernized, while keeping the old jazzy style. Named after Duke Ellington - featuring a Jazz Radio station and live Jazz in the evenings. Room was not too spacious but comfortable

Jazz themed, superbly run hotel with wonderful food, service and a killer location. Weekend live jazz, you'll need reservations. Pictures of the jazz greats throughout including the rooms

There's also a radio station broadcast booth on the property. 3 blocks to the zoo, 4 blocks to the subway and 2 blocks to Ka De We. One of the finest high-end department stores

Don't miss the top floor devoted to the finest packaged, fresh and prepared foods. This rivals Harrods in London

The only issue I had during my stay was the noise of constructions coming out from the main street. Great customer service, the staff were so helpful
